The box itself measures approximately 10 1/2" long X 5" wide X 6 1/2" high. The box has 4 drawers. Two are small on the top( they measure 1 1/2"high X"4 1/2" long from front to back X 4 1/2" wide. The other two drawers are large and they measure 9" long X" 3 1/2 wide X 1 1/2" high. There are 6 antique brass knobs on the drawers. One on each of the small drawers and two on the two large drawers. The drawers are lined in a gold velvet and the velvet is clean. Condition: The box is in very good condition and clean. I only see one very small scratch on the top which you cannot feel with your finger. One small scratch on a corner on the top and down the front side of the dresser there is some minor wear on the wood. There is a number 4 written on the back part in ink. Large Jewelry Box Italian Florentine Tole Ware Gold Gilded Wind Up Music Box
A large dresser jewelry box Italian Florentine decorated with antique pressed wood motifs in white and gold tole ware elements. There are three pull out drawers on the front. Interior lined in red fabric and a large flip up box on top with an inside mirror. There is a keyed wind up music box at the rear but its over wound, not working and is an easy repair. The overall condition is very solid, some light surface wear but no chips, breaks or splits. Measures 14" wide x 8-1/4" high x 7" deep. A great find for the collector.
