Table measures 17 1/4 wide and 11 1/4 tall. the tile measures 9 3/4. table wood has some wear from age but is in good solid condition. The tile is intact. Some crazing and light wear. The center of the tile has a round black indentation mark. I have no idea what this is from. Almost a burn mark but it is perfectly round and in the center of the tile. because of it being centered in the tile I think it blends in well. I will consider real offers for the table. Vintage MALIBU TILE Wrought Iron Table Spanish Revival Art Pottery CATALINA ERA Vintage MALIBU(D&M? Wrought Iron Tile-Top Table in a unique hexagonal design being offered for sale. This one-of-a-kind table appears to be Malibu and not Taylor or Catalina due to it's pie-shaped tiles and floral designs. Each tile has a bleeding heart pierced by an arrow and the words"Carmen I Love You Dear Sweetheart Of Mine" spelled accross each tile within a scrolling white banner. The table has wrought iron construction that is very heavy with flattened and splayed ends to each metal piece. There are two alternating shapes repeating around the perimeter. This table measures accross the top: 18-3/8" side-to-side and 21-1/8" corner-to-corner. The table stands: 23-3/4" tall. The previous owner painted it black a few years back ... moreand there are some black brush strokes on the bottom. Diamond-shaped tile. This additional tile shows an old spanish house and the words: LAWNDALE CALIF spelled-out below it. There looks to be a name or signature on the side of the bottom tile but I can't read it(see the last two pictures) Also the second to the last picture shows a small broken corner which I think I still have somewhere on my property. The table-top tiles look excellent with no cracks or major chips. The pointed ends in the table center show a few tiny chips to the blue tips but nothing too noticable. There is slight crazing overall from age. The original grout still remains but is yellowed and missing in many places. Multiple purchases always get a combined shipping rate. Postage will be at least $100.00 minimum although I would prefer the buyer make their own shipping arrangements due to this table weighing 36 pounds by itself. Vintage MALIBU CUSTOM TILE 10" X 5" X 1"
This brown clay chunky floor tile has 7"points" and 6 colors. The primary green is"arts and craft period" matte green in two shades. The raised outline on the outside perimeter is shiny black and the inside diamond is a raised shiny sable brown. The inside of the diamond is smooth tan and the center is rough sable. California Taylor Tile Table, Chinese Table Top Malibu and Catalina Era
Incredible Taylor/ Santa Monica Tile table top with no base and there are no indications there ever was one. This is the"Chinese Table Top" and it is so hard to find. The Taylor catalog dedicated the entire page to this pattern and the tiles are unique. They are not the square. But have a pattern around the center tile. In total the tiles measure 16" x 16" and with the border 22" square. I will be listing some other treasures including some Taylor tile tables. Arequipa vase and some other hard to find items. RARE MALIBU TILE MURAL DEPICTING A SPANISH GALLEON ON THE HIGH SEAS. 25 TILES 6" X 6" THESE ORIGINAL TILES WERE DONATED TO THE MALIBU ADAMSON HOUSE FOUNDATION BY THE ORIGINAL OWNERS AND HAVE BEEN PROVENANCED AND AUTHENTICATED. THE TILES WERE BOUGHT BY THAT HOMEOWNER IN MALIBU IN THE YEARS THAT THE FACTORY WAS OPEN AND MOUNTED IN THAT HOME. THE TILES WERE PRODUCED DURING THE YEARS THAT THIS HISTORIC TILE FACTORY WAS IN EXISTENCE FROM 1926 TO 1932 ON THE BEACH IN MALIBU. THEY HAVE HAD SOME EXPERT RESTORATION DUE TO CRACKING AND CHIPPING DURING THE REMOVAL PROCESS FROM THE ORIGINAL BASE. California Vintage Malibu Field Tile Arts & Crafts
Malibu Potteries. Malibu, CA 1926-1932 We have a limited supply of these vintage genuine Malibu field tiles. The glazing is thick, matte green with alligator-like texture. Very sought after, especially for Arts& Crafts environments. Each tile measures 3 3/4" sq x 5/8" thick. Great condition; never been set. Round Vintage Tile Table Model T California Tile Malibu
Very unique vintage tile table created using old tile set in a random mosaic pattern all within an iron base. Table like this are referred to Model T as they were made from old tire rims. Along the outer edge are genuine Malibu pillow tiles. Made between 1926-1932. The colorful surface tiles could be from a variety of old companies. It is in great condition and measures 25" wide x 22" tall. This listing is for ONE table. But we have 2 on hand with the same Malibu edge tiles and same base.
