VERY RARE Relic Reliquary Saint Padre Pio 1960s Pre Beatification
Holy relic of Saint Padre Pio. An actual piece of his Franciscan habit. This is among the rarest of Padre Pio's relics as it lists him simply as Servant of God. Preparing beatification and sainthood. It is my understanding that the vestments used hot the pre beatification and veneration ex indictments prayer cards were made out of clothing Padre Pio wore most often right before he died. Later relics are from clothing that belonged to him but that was either worn once, or nearly touched to his grave This relic is in excellent condition. Religious relic intact wax seal string Catholic. This crucifix measures 5x4 Saint Maria Goretti Virgin Martyr It has the wax seal and threads This THECA and relic are in very good condition You are buying the THECA The relic is a gift Please respect what it stands for. Maria Goretti(October 16. 1890– July 6, 1902) is an Italian virgin-martyr of the Roman Catholic Church, and she is one of the youngest canonized saints. She was born on the eastern side of Italy to a farming family. But increased poverty forced the family to move to the western side of the country when she was only six. Her father died when she was nine, and the family had to share a house with another family, the Serenellis. Maria took over household duties from her mother, while her mother and the rest of her family worked in the fields. One afternoon, Alessandro, the son ... moreof the Serenelli family, made sexual advances to her, but when she refused to submit to him because that would be a mortal sin, he stabbed her multiple times. She was taken to hospital, but died after forgiving him. He was promptly arrested, convicted and jailed. After three years he repented, and when eventually released from prison, he visited her mother begging forgiveness, which she readily granted. He was buried on the spot where he was Matyrd. According to his legend, the rocky area around his grave miraculously became a green field. Later Thora, Magnus' mother asked Haakon allow her to bury him in a Church. Haakon gave his permission and Magnus was then buried at Christchurch at Birsay. There were numerous reports of miraculous happenings ... moreand healings. William the Old. Bishop of Orkney, warned that it was"heresy to go about with such tales" and was then struck blind at his church but subsequently had his sight restored after praying at the grave of Magnus, not long after visiting Norway(and perhaps meeting Earl Rognvald Kolsson) Magnus's nephew. Rognvald Kali Kolsson, laid claim to the Earldom of Orkney, and was advised by his father Kol to promise the islanders to"build a stone minster at Kirkwall" in memory of his uncle the Holy Earl, and this became St Magnus Cathedral, Kirkwall. When the cathedral begun in 1137 was ready for consecration the relics of St Magnus were transferred, and in 1917 a hidden cavity was found in a column, containing a box with bones including a damaged skull. These are held without(much) doubt to be the relics of St Magnus, and this relic dates from that discovery in 1917. finished. Or has been destroyed later) for estimated relics of Saint Magnus were found here in 1905. Rare Relic Saint Kateri Tekakwitha First Native American Canonized
Antique locket with relic of Kateri Tekakwitha was born 1656 in New York. The daughter of a Mohawk warrior. She was canonized on 10/21/2012 by Pope Benedict XVI. Tons of interesting information about her life and the road to be canonized on Wikipedia and many other sites. There look to be four company name initials on the inside of the locket that looks to be_RSB and then a star. The relic is blue cloth. Kateri's last name is under her first name but somewhat concealed by the inner rim of the locket. I have not removed the plastic covering the image and relic of Kateri and will leave that for the buyer. Please let me know if you have any questions. I imagine this is quite a rare and collectible piece of Catholics and religious folks alike.

Rare Catholic Saint's Relic, ST. DANIEL BROTTIER Devotee of St. Therese o
Elevated in 1984 St. Daniel Brottier was one of the most startling cases of physical incorruption in modern times- also an astonishing number of miracles have been attributed to him since. St. Brossier was a French chaplain during WWI and six times miraculously avoided death in a hail of gunfire etc. He staunchly attributed these miracles to St. Therese of Liseux of whom he was a great devotee. Those who love Little Therese will especially treasure this thread of garment held and used by the saint. At the time this was made(to raise money for Spiritan charities) St. Brottier had not even been distinguished as a Blessed. A brave. Cheerful and manly symbol of French Catholicism, he tried fulfilling his dream of living in a monastery but he didn't last more than a few weeks- he was a man of action! LOW. LOW START AND NEVER A RESERVE!
