Antique -K & G Luneville France- Floral Tankard Pitcher *Repaired Handle*
Up for auction is a nice Antique K& G Luneville France 14" Tankard/Pitcher. The piece measures 14" tall. Has a 7" base and weighs 4 pounds. There is one major flaw in the piece, in that the handle was once broken and repaired. Please look at the pictures. The tankard can be picked up by the handle normally. The low starting price reflects the repaired handle. Besides the handle the piece is in good condition with no other chips or cracks. There is some minor crazing and gold loss around the upper rim. The piece dates between 1900-1930. US Domestic shipping only. Payment to be received within 3 days of auction end. IN residents pay 7% sales tax. FEDEX shipping is an option. I will use the least inexpensive shipping option. My items are always well packed with bubble wrap.

This enlarged company produced a wide range of wares, selling a lot of whiteware and also continuing decoration. Guerin's sons William and Andre joined the company in 1903. In 1911 W. Guerin& Cie merged with the nearby Pouyat factory. Buying 3/4 of Pouyat; the new firm became Guerin& Cie. Possibly both company marks were continued. WWI greatly decreased output. Striking 5-Piece Sky Blue Victorian Porcelain Wash Bowl & Pitcher Set France
This auction is for a Fabulous Victorian 5-Piece Wash Bowl and Pitcher Set. The set Displays Wonderfully. It will add a burst of color and will instantly become the focal point of any room. Each piece is marked"France" on the bottom. I am not certain of the maker but by the form and feel and style the set is clearly Victorian and likely dates to the late 1800s. The set is decorated with a beautiful sky blue color against a white porcelain and gold edging. The pieces are molded with a relief leaf and scroll designs. The set consists of a large pitcher(11 inches tall) A large bowl(16 inches across) a smaller pitcher(7 inches tall) a soap dish and a cup. The set is in very good condition. Especially for its age. It has a 1/2" chip at the main opening and a small chip in the beak all of which I have provided pictures for consideration. Limoges France Hand Painted Grapes Tall Tankard Pitcher by Jean Pouyat- beautifully decorated with exquisite Hand Painted Grapes and Grape Vines in all shades of light to deep green/ purple/ red/ orange background with a beautifully carved handle. Both the under glaze Limoges mark and embossed numbers are a proof of Authenticity. The dimensions are approximately: 12 3/4" tall; 4" across the opening to spout; and 6" across the bottom. The Tankard was purchased at an Estate Sale years ago. There are no chips. Cracks or repairs. This is some slight wearing of the brown paint on the bottom of the pitcher. Antique French Majolica Porcelain St Clement France Rooster Pitcher - Pottery
Hi. For sale an antique majolica rooster marked Saint Clement. The mark is under the glaze and hard to read but still legible. The rooster is in good condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few iron dot marks from age and there is crazing I can only see looking through the loop. I can see a couple pottery bumps on the back near the bottom base(see last picture. It is in great condition for it's age. The rooster is 12 inches in height and 8 inches wide at the widest point. The handle is solid(in researching hollow handles are a sign of fake St Clement pitchers) and there are no holes other than the hole on the rooster mouth where you would pour out the contents and there is no neon green paint. This lovely piece is made of nice grade pottery and is cast into a classic mold shape made popular by this maker. Ther piece is glazed in a green color over white and then has been decorated with poppy flowers and foliage. This stunning piece will make a grand addition to your collection and would look marvelous in your favorite cabinet or out for display on your table. The porcelain pottery made by K&G Lunéville is known for its fine decoration inspired by the local French countryside. Many pieces are floral in nature. Up for auction is this 10" tall x 6" diameter K et G Luneville France. Flow Blue Pitcher. The piece measures 7-1/2" from the spout to the widest point of the handle. It has a gold leaf design with white and yellow enamel accent dots. It is in very nice condition with the exception of a couple of things. First there is a 1-3/4" hairline crack on the bottom from the edge toward the middle. That goes through to the inside(it does not leak but it is there) Second there are 6 dots on the outside bottom and 3 on the outside top that are worn or chipped away(they are really unnoticeable, unless you are looking for an issue) The bottom is marked K et G Luneville France. It has a raised 1 in the center. There are no other cracks. Chips, repairs or crazing on this beautiful piece.

A beautiful pitcher from K&G France Luneville in a motif of Asian design and colors. This pitcher came from an estate and has marks along with an M mark which I am not sure as to the origin or meaning. My guess was M for maybe mother or maybe the individual who painted the pitcher. The height of the pitcher is 5.25 inches. The diameter from the handle across to the pour spout 4.5 inches. The base diameter is 2 inches and as stated there are no breaks or cracks though the enamel or the pour spout rim edge has slightly eroded but not chipped. The handle on the underside feels a bit rougher as far as porcelain but overall quite nice. A scroll design has"CHANTE CLAIR POUR LA FRANCE" impressed on it. On the unglazed bottom is a stylized shield mark, but no writing. Doesn't appear to have been used. No cracks, chips or crazing. Keller and Guérin was a top manufacturer of high quality French porcelain. The original maker. Jacques Chambrette, who established the factory in Lorraine in Lunéville along the Meuse River, was awarded the Manufacture Royale de Fayence for his fine wares by the Duke of Lorraine in the year 1749. The porcelain pottery made by K&G Lunéville is known for its fine decoration inspired by the local French countryside. Many pieces are floral in nature. And the colors are similar to the color pallettes used by the French Impressionist painters of the time, who often visited the Alsace Lorraine countryside to paint. Rare Antique Qumper Pitcher Pewter Lid Base France Pottery Faïence
Approx. 9" tall. 4" across the base, and 3" across the mouth opening. I bought this at an antique shop in Strasbourg, France. I don't know how old it is, but was told it was"very" old. I was also told that having a pewter lid and base is rare but I don't know. The lid has two marks and there's"SF" on the bottom. There is crazing but no chips, cracks, or repairs. Have no idea what it was used for but the inside is stained.

Antique SARREQUEMINES France 8" Pitcher Jug RARE, PERFECT SEE
I found this fabulous green French pitcher at an estate sale. None of us there could make out the French mark. But it does say France and I loved it so I bought it. Once home I easily found the mark which is the name of the French town where it was made, and this mark was used by that factory from 1875 to 1900. It is a beautiful shade of green and the condition could not be any better, no chips, cracks or repairs. The top half under the green glaze is beautiful and has fine crazing which I could not get to show up in my photos but it only adds to the beauty of this pitcher, which would also be lovely used as a vase.
