Unusual Large art glass perfume bottle Blue / Aqua Swirls 6 1/2 inches tall
Unusual Large and Heavy Art Glass perfume bottle. Swirled with shades of blue and aqua in crystal clear class; although unmarked it brings to mind Glass Eye Studio or Murano work I've seen in the past. Roughly 6 and a half inches high and 3 1/2 inches across.The glass stopper is made in the shape of a disk with rods of colored glass arranged in a double ring when viewed straight on. The neck of the bottle is fitted with a rubber seal which holds the stopper securely in place. The piece does have some tiny bubbles in the glass. And upon careful search, the only damage I find is a small nick at the edge of the stopper( see last photo) I does not detract from the beauty of the piece.you have to be searching for"issues" to find it. Antique Gorham Silver Overlay Glass Perfume Bottle --1871-- almost 6 inches tall
This auction if for a lovely antique Gorham silver overlay glass perfume bottle which was left to me by my dad's great aunt when she passed in 1998 at the age of 90. We believe this belonged to her mother. I have kept it with me over the years but never used or decorated with it. Its time for some one else to enjoy it. The bottle bears the Gorham's Lion- Anchor- G mark on the silver near the bottom(visible in photo. The silver is also marked with"D1558" From what I have researched. The letters indicate the year in which the piece was made. According to the website.925-1000.com the letter D indicates the year 1871. Please, I am in no way an expert on silver or Gorham. I have researched as best I can so that I may list this item as accurately as possible. I do not have expert knowledge and am only going based on what I was ... moreable to learn during researching. The condition of the bottle is as you would expect for its age. Unfortunately there are some cracks in the glass. There is a U shaped crack on the back of the bottle. There are some cracks on the interior of the neck of the bottle that are not visible unless the stopper is out. There is also a small flea bite in the glass on the bottom ridge of the stopper. None of these flaws are visible when the bottle is on display. I tried my best to picture them in the last three photos. The silver is in nice shape with a rich. Beautiful patina. The silver design creates lovely flower shapes over the glass. The height of the bottle, including the stopper, is almost 6 inches. The measurement around the widest part of the bottle is about 10.5 inches. The width of the bottom is about 2.5 inches. The width of the top of the stopper is a little over 2 inches. The bottle including the stopper weighs 15 ounces; just an ounce shy of 1 pound. Please view all of the photos as they are part of the description. Please note that any brown spots you may see in the picture are because of poor lighting and reflections in the photos. They are not flaws in the item. Shipping

And the bottle has 3 very small dings. The stopper is 3 1/2" from the end to the top. The"handle" part of the stopper has a 2 3/8" diameter. The back of the handle is smooth; the front has 24 cuts radiating from the middle. The bottle is like a round ball with a neck on it. The ball part has a 2 3/4" diameter. The bottom has cut feet. Rare Green Depression Glass Perfume Bottle Cherubs/angels/roses 6.5inch Japan
From the early'30's. This exquisite green perfume bottle is so unique. Three adorable cherubs adorn each side amid a floral design. The dabber is present but broken off. The edge of a rose on top of the topper has a rough feel to indicate a tiny chip. There is another small rough spot on the lip. There is a line on the neck which would look like a scratch, but it is smooth on both sides. Above it, on the lip is a brown spot that feels smooth. I have tried rubbing it but it seems to be within the glass. Just perfect everywhere else. Has been gently cared for for 84 years. Love it!

This was bought in Czechoslovakia in the early 90's at an Antique shop. I don't know the age for it. It is a beautiful Ornate Perfume bottle. Like new even thought it is old. It is 6.5 inches tall and the bottle is 3 inches wide. No cracks or chips. It never had any perfume in it. Real beauty on it own. I have a lot of 5 of these.
