Listing tonight is a very nice[ shabby-rusty chic at its finest] former climbing stair rail. These were removed many years ago from a relatives house and were used as garden hardscape for many years. It is not the prefab stuff you would find in the ranch houses of the 1970's. Its the custom made hand welded stuff that cost a lot back then. It would make the best garden path divide that would also be a climbing structure. It's original garden debut did not do it justice but it has lots of potential to make a statement. It features a scroll design in the pickets and a rolled end and mount on the other end. It is 65 inches long and about 4 steps of coverage. here are four separate old wrought iron architectural pieces. they are all the same except one has a leaf like decoration in the middle. each measure approximately 24 1/2'h x 8'w x 1 1/4'd and weigh just under 8 pounds. they are all very solid and just have surface oxidation from age. im not sure of their original indented usage however they would make for neat garden décor or to do with whatever is desired.

It would make the best garden path divide that would also be a climbing structure. It might serve as simple backdrop to a long section of fence or wall that would support some great vine. The condition of the iron is good as it has been well preserved by the paint. This is a slightly shorter fence at 29 in. high with a simple cast iron ball finial. This fence makes beautiful garden or yard fence. This is a good height for the top of a stone or brick wall. There is also an original set of 10 ft. wide driveway gates with scroll work on each side. You get the following pieces at are in the photos. 1 lovely antique iron gate- The gate is 41 1/2" tall and 33 1/2" wide including the latch/opening part. 2 long sections- one is 7 feet 4 inches long and has bent pieces that you can see in the photos. The other long section is 6 feet 11 1/2 inches long and has a missing rod at the end that you can see in the photos. 3 large and very heavy posts. Each post is 48" tall and has a base diameter of about 4 1/2" The posts have eight sides. One post has been painted. The second post is rusted and unpainted. The 3 post which I think may be the gate post is cracked around the post. But not broken into ... more2 pieces- also the middle bracket is broken off and that has been wired to the top so it does not get lost. I believe the post can be repaired by a good welder who knows how to repair old iron. I have owned these beauties for over 12 years- we just never got around to putting them in our garden. Wrought Iron Driveway Gates 11' 5" outside hinge to outside hinge. Beautiful antique wrought iron driveway gates. Both sections are about 4' high at the hinge/post end and 5' 3" at the center end so if you mounted them with 12" ground clearance the center of the gates would be 6' 3" from the ground to the top of the gate where they meet in the center. The right section measures 5' 4" long while the left section measures 5' 5" long end to end not including the hinges which add another 4" each end which gives a clearance of about 11' 4" gate post to gate post. Hinges move easily. These gates are very heavy. you might want to pound the slight bend out of the left section post end 1/2" steel piece. 18 Lineal Feet of Twisted Crimped Corrugated Ornamental Wire Fence 32" tall. I have cut down height from 42" to 32" +- Some of bottom tangs were heavily rusted and gnarly. Length is exactly at 18. This is fencing that was in use for 60- 80 + years. I have had it in the dry, in shed, for 20 or so. It is rusted, weathered and has some green from long gone moss.
