Alberta(A-site) 5467 For your consideration is a quartzite Uniface Blade. Which was a surface find. This was found/collected by my dad in the summer of 1970. The site name is Albert(A) and the Borden number is FjPh-402-A-XXX. This was in the area close to Fort Saskatchewan on the west side of highway 21 on the way to Fort Saskatchewan. As a child, I went with my dad to this locality many, many times and found a few pieces myself. Also known as the Van Hecke site(it was Mr. Van Hecke's property) Lot 5397(A-site) Uniface. Red quartzite- beautiful shaped/formed artifact. Dimensions/Size: 105.72 mm long x 66 mm across x 21.56 mm thick. Note: ruler/scale is in cm/mm. The site name is Albert(A) and the Borden number is FjPh-402-A-XXX. This was in the area close to Fort Saskatchewan on the west side of highway 21 on the way to Fort Saskatchewan. As a child, I went with my dad to this locality many, many times and found a few pieces myself.
