Up for sale is a beautiful wrought iron gate. Panel, window gate, not quite sure what it went to. Has creeping grape vine motif. Gate is weathered with chippy white paint and red undertones. Antique Danish wrought iron panel made by unknown blacksmith
$0 years ago and a trip to Kobenhavn. This what I found. Quite nice I think-I have always hung it on a wall. The amount of rust is almost the same as it was when I bought it. It is starting to flake a little bit now. It is not very heavy so it is pretty safe to hang even with kids around. It is also Romantic with each end having a heart shape. Since it has such a simple and classy design it will fit into any decor particularly modern. That is not common for a true antique. There seems to be a frustrating bit of ignorance among many e-bayers: something must be 100 years or more to be called an Antique. Smile-Bid-Wim-make your suppose happy! Thank you and Good Luck.
