We are pleased to offer this beautiful. QUALITY pair of vintage, French Provincial/Country, tables or nightstands. The tables are dated 1960. They are solid oak with a darker stained finish. They feature upgraded details such as dove tail drawers, barley twist/rope trim, and nice hardware. The tables are tiered with column style legs. The tops are fitted with cast, black granite or slate. The stone is etched with a striking, French Iron Gate, scrolled design that incorporates several fleur-de-lis in the pattern. The pattern is polished with the background a rough texture. The stone tops are not attached and sit freely on the tables. Each table has a single drawer that provides ample storage. The tables are very nicely made. They are heavy and very sturdy. They are in very good condition with only minor scuffs, none of which are severe or ... moredistracting. The tables are numbered. They have paper tags with the model number and description. The tables are described as"Sable Oak" with Black Slate. The manufacturer's stickers are not present. We are pleased to offer this lovely pair of antique(very early 20th century) side tables or nightstands. The pair feature solid oak bodies and mahogany tops with stunning. Crotch mahogany veneer. The tables feature finely carved details on the perimeter of the tops as well as on the upper sections of the legs. The perimeters have a notched"feathered" carving and the legs feature carved acanthus leaves. Some of the legs have a quarter sawn pattern. The feet are hooved and are pointed at the tips. The mahogany tops are slightly inset. They feature the distinctive, book matched, crotch cut veneer which is accomplished in a 4 section parquetry. The tables have scalloped aprons which are attached to the table tops via old, flat screws. The legs are attached to the tops via dowels. The tables are very sturdy and weighty for their size. ... moreThey are in very good condition considering the age. The tops were probably originally protected with glass that sat inside the insets. The tops do show some age to the veneer. It is not"glass like" in all the areas. This is not terribly distracting and does give the tables an aged character. It can be resolved if you so choose. Hi; This charming full-size oak bed comes complete with headboard. Foot board and side pieces(not pictured) There is a lovely basket of flowers carved into the head and foot boards as well as some additional details. It measures 60" tall by 55" across. The matching nightstands also have the floral detailing and come with brown and white marble tops. The hardware is original and there is a drawer. Door, and shelf. The measurements are 16" wide x 15" and the height is 32 inches. There is a small divot out of one of the marble pieces which I did not notice until photographing. This is a set of two dark wood nightstands. They are low nightstands(just 9 inches high) designed for use with a platform bed or on a loft. The color is espresso oak veneer. They each have a single drawer that is 4 inches deep. The drawers have smooth soft-close feature. BoConcept nightstands sell new for $699 each. These were used in my guest bedroom. They are in great condition with on a few minor scuffs near the base that are not very noticeable. I am selling them because I am moving. This pair of nightstands is located one block from the 2/3 express train in South Harlem. They are solid and heavy.
