Size/ Format In millimetres(and inches) Page: 220 x 297(8.75" x 11.75" Framed map: 190 x 265(7.5" x 10.5" These maps are printed on one side/page of the paper with other maps on the other side/page. The maps are high quality lithographs with tasteful and appealing colors. Condition These maps are in very good condition(unless otherwise noted in red) The maps themselves are clean and bright. There are a few marks in the margins of a few of the maps. This will be evident in the scanned images. Which are high quality and unedited. The maps are untrimmed and are suitable for ... moreframing. Remarks The quality of these maps surpasses that of most. If not all, its American-produced contemporaries. These maps are much nicer than any of the Rand McNally or Cram's Atlas editions I've seen. For the 55 maps covering U.S. states, I haven't seen better maps anywhere. The maps are also very detailed. This is a wonderful atlas that is still in great condition for it's age. all of the 124+ pages are still very intact with the outer cover still securely attached. The map is too wide to fit on my scanner so the margins are partially cut off. Lots of details on these maps. The margin where the page was bound in the book has staple holes and staining from rust. It is outside the map area and still good for framing. All of my maps are originals. The map comes from a disbound copy of the Harmsworth Universal Atlas and Gazetteer of the World. Published by George Philip& Son and printed by The Amalgamated Press Ltd. London. I believe that this edition dates from around 1908. The map. Which is very detailed and printed in colour, measures 19" x 14" approximately 48 x 35cm. plus a generous border all round. The condition is excellent. With no tears, creases or age discolouration. Due to its size. The map will be posted carefully rolled in a mailing tube. As well as darkening aroung the page edges, that is typical for this vintage. All of our maps are originals. We do not destroy good books. But rescue pages from damaged and ruined atlas books. Hundred year old atlas color page map large New Mexico / Arizona

Lots of details on these maps. See the closeups for examples. page measures 11-1/2" X 14-1/2" + + + There is usual darkening from age around the edges of the pages from this atlas and some smudges from handling. But overall the condition is good considering the paper is just over 110 years old! Also. Edges of some pages my have some minor water staining outside the map area. There is a 1" margin tear in the bottom corner. Still good for framing. All of my maps are originals. I do not destroy good books. But rescue pages from damaged and ruined atlases.
