Large Victorian Frilled Cranberry Glass Oil Lamp Shade Here is a nice example of a late Victorian cranberry glass oil lamp shade which has quilted decoration to the sides and an attractive frilled rim. It stands 8.375 inches high and measures 9.875 inches wide across the frilled rim and 5.5 inches in diameter across the base. For accuracy there are several tiny specks within the glass and one tiny rough speck on the rim. All of which have occurred during manufacture and in no way detract. There are no chips or cracks and the cranberry colour is strong. The unpacked weight of this shade is only 725 grams but it will need to be packed into a large box to ensure it being safe during transit. International Buyers please email me for a shipping quote. Here we have an original Victorian Duplex lamp in cranberry over opal glass that has been made into an electric lamp. The lamp has an in-line switch and a good length of flex. This will need checking by a qualified electrician before use as the plug will be removed from the end of the wire. Lamp has a beautifully moulded fount and stem in the Art-Nouveau style. Dimensions; almost 19" tall to the top of the bayonet bulb holder. Takes regular 4" Duplex oil lamp shades. ANTIQUE 19C PORCELAIN OWL OIL LAMP GLASS EYES, CRANBERRY GLASS FONT
Description On offer here is a wonderful antique 19th century porcelain oil lamp in the form of a snowy white owl with large yellow glass eyes. The owl stands upon lotus flowers or similar and balances a cranberry glass font on the top of its head. There is an impressed date kite lozenge mark to the underneath and some numbers- see photos. It measures almost 10 inches highand it is in very good condition. Though there are some nibbles/ chips to leaves and flowers on the base. Thanks for looking. Be sure to check out my other listings.

Antique Oil Lamp Cranberry Glass Cased Cut White Bohemian Moser Hnbd Painted 12"
A gleaming pristine beauty. It measures 12"h complete, including with the glass chimney fitted in place into the brass neck. Individually each unit measures 6"h. There is only a breath of wear to the gold trace line around its corseted waist. Widest diameter is 3 1/4" at just above its base. The true raised foot of the base measures 2 1/2" dia. It is truly a stunning yet subtle little charmer having all the elements of much bigger pieces but an eye catcher even among my art glass collection. I have had this for nearly forty years and always referred to it as a piece of Moser. It is however not marked. Nor are there any markings on the brass work either. Just conjecture. The brass is clean and as long as I've had in a show case just about untarnished. Knob turns and works. Never used by me. She is a heavy little lady ... moreand so flat rate is the best way to go. In excellent condition for its age. There are a couple of tiny pin head nicks on the edge of the chimney where it would sit in the holder. Greetings. We are very pleased to offer this STUNNING antique glass mini oil lamp in amazing near mint condition. I am unsure of the maker. But it came from an antique store storage, and still had a $295 price tag on it from over 35 years ago. The tag said"Antique Blown Molded glass oil lamp- Nailsea? with the question mark, so I leave it up to better eyes than myself to decide if the antique store was correct. I will however be asking close to the same price they asked in 1978. Please see the detailed pics- I hope they do the color and condition justice. The lamp. Burner and glass shade/hurricane are all included as shown in pics. The lamp and burner appear to be original, but it is unknown if the hurricane shade is original. As shown from the bottom of the lamp. The colors swirl in"bubble swirls" around the lamp. The glass ... morethickness varies, and is embossed with swirls on the outer surface and molded leaf crown around the bottom. the colors range from almost white, to almost dark cranberry. The effect of the color is almost like veins. I hope the pics do it justice. It is quite beautiful, and almost perfect in every way. Definitely a prized collectors piece. And most likely from the Art Nouveau or aesthetics movement era due to the floral leafy swirly decor. Decoration: the glass color and design is exquisite. Up for auction is a cranberry glass oil/kerosene lamp with a clear chimney. The cranberry glass has a circle pattern in it. Resembling inverted thumbprint. The lamp stands approximately 12 inches tall and fits perfectly into the Bradley and Hubbard bracket. It comes with a wall mount and a reflector. The lamp extends about 12 inches from the wall on which it is mounted. The lamp can swing from side to side. I have seen another lamp like this only once in my years of collecting, and that one was here on eBay too. Written on the bracket is Patd 1881. Shaded cranberry glass shade with a stunning Art Nouveau repeat pattern design to the main body. The moulding to the glass is exquisite at the bottom of the shade are two rows of internal convex circles. Above this the internal moulding appears to be in vertical segments following the shape of the shade. At the same time these are interspersed by clam shell type decoration coming down from the top apperture, really hard to explain and even harder to photograph! However the overall effect is very fluid and delightful in its design. It stands approximately 18.5cm high. The apperture of the base is 10.1cm. A 4" fitter. Condition overall is excellent and the shade is free ... morefrom any hairlines. A few bubbles in the glass commensurate with the age of the glass and manufacture. T iny nibbles to top of glass flute(see pictures) minor indents to base(also see pictures) These minor indents give the item a small wobble which can be corrected, however they are not noticeable and the item stands firmly when not moved. The Lamp is 14 inches High and the Font is inverted pear shape that is 6.25 inches wide and 5 inches wide. The White Glass Overlay is cut to a Dark Cranberry Interior. The design is Grape Leaves and Grapes. The base is a 2 level White Marble separated by Bronze Divider with a Bronze Column supporting the Font. The cut work on the leaves is special in that the prickly edges are cut as well as the veined interior. Vintage Cranberry Miniature Inverted Thumbprint Glass Oil Lamp -- GWTW Style
Up for auction is a Vintage Cranberry Miniature Inverted Thumbprint Oil Lamp in the GWTW Style. This little lamp stands about 9 3/4" to the top of the chimney. The base is about 3 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" round. The chimney is 5" The top lampshade is about 3" high and 4 1/2" round. The top of the lampshade has been ground as well as the bottom of the shade. A heavy little piece that appears to be well made. The cranberry color is dark and rich looking. No chips or cracks with the exception being when the lamp was made the bottom of the top shade is rough where it was ground in one spot. The fount is made from cased cranberry over opal glass and is moulded with four slightly-bulged panels featuring hand-painted sprays of flowers. The fount is deep cranberry on the top and this fades to light pink at the base. Dimensions; 6 1/2" wide and around 6" tall from base of undermount to top of collar. To take a standard 1 1/2" Duplex burner or equivalent fitting screw thread burner such as a 20' Matador etc.undermount dimensions to follow as I accidentally failed ... moreto measure it(left fount down at my workplace) if a bid is placed in the meantime please make sure to look for a revision at the very bottom of the listing page as eBay don't allow revisions to the main description once a bid is placed.
