This is a rare silver coin that was made into a money clip. It was purchased in Italy about 25 years ago. The coin is the Umberto 5 Lire 1879 silver coin and it has been split in half and mounted into a money clip. I don't know how to rate the condition of the coin but you can see in the pics. All the features are still there. In good condition still strong and tight spring. Only flaw is on the front top mounting point for the coin it is loose. Item in good used condition.
