Saint Nicholas was also known as the wonderworker and Archbishop of Myra in Lycia. This rendering was originally sold by Saint Isaac of Syria Skete in Boscobel. Wisconsin. Saint Nicholas is a patron of travelers, those at sea, and pawnbrokers. The original painting of this item is in the Novogorod School of the Hermitage Museum in Russia. CHUDOTVORETS" is not some one who"MAKES" but rather one who"CREATES" the"WONDERS" There's a slight difference between the two, but I think in this case it is important to be accurate.
