Selling these GORGEOUS antique church doors. Can't seem to find out the actual origin of them. But were removed from an older church. They are extremely heavy, as they have quite a bit of wrought or cast iron on them. Beautiful detailing. Note in first picture, above handle, there were things done to the doors at one point or another to"update" them.such as the deadbolt lock, and there is also a newer door stop on the back. I wanted to do a project with these.still sort of do, but decided I would see if there was someone who would want to purchase them. Pickup only, as these doors have serious weight to them! Large Wooden Antique Asian doors - Decorative Architectural Salvage, Dark Wood

Beautifully decorated throughout with lattice work and Tibetan/Chinese figures on the open fretwork panels above they have been backed with mirrors for use inside as perhaps changing screens. They could be converted into tables since they are so large. Measurements Each door measures 89" tall by 29" wide by 2" thick. ~ ANTIQUE GOTHIC DOUBLE ENTRANCE FRENCH DOORS 71x87 ~ ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE ~
Description This is a nice piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. They are made of oak and are currently painted. The top of each has a large glass opeining with a peaked top giving them a Gothic look. They are currently filled with plywood. Each has two raised panels at the bottom. The front and backs look the same. Most of the hardware needs to be replaced. They measure 71.5 inches wide together by 87.25 inches tall and are 2 inches thick. Overall they are good co ndition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning. There is a deadbolt hole. There are chips at the mortise lock. There are light cracks at the bottom of the right door. Some of the glass stop molding is missing. Please look at the pictures carefully. Description This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. It is made of pine and is painted on both sides. The top of each has a panel of distorted Florentine Glass. There are no cracks on the glass. There are 3 raised panels below each glass. The fronts and backs look the same. Most of the hardware needs to be replaced. One escutcheon is missing. It measures 46 inches wide by 83.25 inches tall and is 1.75 inches deep. Overall it is in good co ndition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good scrubbing but will clean up nicely. The doors were trimmed and are a bit out of square. Please look at the pictures carefully. Late 1800's 8-Foot Pocket Doors Here is an Architectural Salvage piece that was saved recently. This came out of a house that was built in the late 1800's to very early 1900's in Topeka. KS. It was a grand house when it was new. 10 foot ceilings, eight foot pocket doors, eight foot French doors. The works. These pocket doors are painted on one side and natural finish on the other. The original hardware is included. One of the rollers on the top of one door is missing. This is a local pickup piece as it is very large and heavy. Good Luck.
