Each door has a flat panel at the bottom and an etched glass panel at the top. The glass panel have an arched top. They are frosted with wheel cut etched vases and flowers. The doors have rollers on the bottom and guides at the top. I don't have the track or guide. It measures 49 inches wide 106.75 inches tall and 1.75 inches thick. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a couple of light chips at the top. Both panels of glass have a crack. These French doors are estate fresh. Untouched, original old finish with most of the original hardware including the hinges and pins. There is some minor chipping to the molding strip as shown. The doors are made of solid pine and have large glass lites. One of the doors(Door#3) has plexiglass installed instead of glass. Unfortunately. We do not have any old glass this size, however, we could order a new glass lite(i.e. beveled, tempered leaded, stained, etc. and install it- email us for a quote. You are looking at a pair of antique pine leaded glass cabinet doors. They are not painted. They have their original finish on them. They are in good condition. There are a few minor scratches in the finish as you can see in the pics, but nothing major at all. The glass is sturdy and there are no breaks. There are 31 pieces of flat glass in each door. This pair includes round knobs(not sure if brass or steel) It also includes hinges. The pair measures 39 3/8" wide by 40" one is 39 5/8" tall, someone cut it down a hair)tall by 3/4" thick, together. I have had these doors for over 20 years stored in my heated garage. Planed on using this unique set of doors in my home but my remodeling projects never allowed me to use them in a location where they could be viewed properly& appreciated. Looking at the wood grain. I believe they are oak… Glass panels are in Very Good condition- No Chips. No Cracks, No pieces missing. There is NO putty or glazing around the Glass Panels. Glass panels are firmly& solidly attached with wood trim around each piece. There are No rattles or loose glass panels. Glass Panels are a Frosted Snowflake design. It provides privacy& allowslight to shine through. Door are in Very Good Condition- There are NO… Cracks. Chips, or Pieces of wood missing on either door& there is NO dry rot or decay. Doors are already pre-notch for hinges… 3 notches on each ... moredoor. Top/ Middle/ Bottom. Each door is 24 inches wide…however when they are closed the overall width is 47.50 inches. This is due to a rabbit that is cut into one door to allow for proper/ normal/ overlap closing. The Height of each door is 95.50 inches. Each door is 1.75 inches thick. Each Snowflake Glass panel is 15inches tall and 9 inches wide. These are Heavy doors… Each door weighs 50 lbs. Handles are Brass…They do need a good cleaning. Antique Gothic Glass Panel Church Doors Offered here is this Antique Double Gothic Church Door with vintage glass panels. This door came from a small town in South/Central Texas and was a salvaged purchase. It is Gothic to Renaissance in style and will need to be refurbished since the wood has some scratches. Nicks and miscellaneous small repairs on them. The glass looks to be 1940’s or older with four panels replaced by a different style of glass. These four replaced pieces of glass panels have a starburst/snowflake type pattern while the remainder has a mottled goose-bump style. There are 30 glass panels in total on the two doors. It measures: 68”W x 7’T. A finish carpenter would have to make them conform to your city’s code ordinances as well as bring out the true beauty of these unique doors. I do not know for sure what the wood is made ... moreof. But most likely its mahogany. With a little elbow grease these doors could be brought back to their former glory and history. I have for sale a beautiful set of antique solid oak doors with slag glass panels. They look like they were used as front entrance doors at one time as the left one has the door stop strip on it. Both still have the original hinges and the right one has the original knob plates(but not the door knobs) The slag glass is in excellent condition with no breaks or cracks. The glass for the most part is variations of green with some amber. Gray and white. The wood around the edges does have some issues where the wood has peeled off on some of the corners but could easily be filled in with wood filler and stained. All the wood pieces that hold in the glass are intact and in good condition. The right door measures 29 3/4" wide x 7 feet tall and the left door measures 30 1/2" wide(including door stop) x 7 feet tall. These are truly a pair ... moreof magnificent looking doors! Pr. Antique Amethyst/Clear Glass Entry Doors From Boston Brownstone Redo Vintage
Listing this evening a fantastic entranceway double door with one awesome original amethyst glass panel and one clear glass panel removed from a Back Bay of Boston Brownstone building back in the 1970's and stored ever since. For those of you unfamiliar with this type of door system. The door on the left is usually opened to gain entry. The door on the right is generally held closed with latches on the top and bottom and not opened except to bring in large pieces of furniture or other large items. The condition is excellent for doors of this age. The original brass mail slot disappeared when it was removed from the building. The doors are 83 1/4" tall and 1 3/4" thick. In the pictures it appears that one door is taller than the other but that is not the case. They are an original matched pair, I just couldn't get them to ... morestand up correctly in the snow. The door on the left is 27 3/4" wide and the door on the right is 28" wide. If you are restoring an old house these might be just the items to make a grand entranceway. The outside is a dark gray with great panels and the interior is peeling white over original varnish) The original dark amethyst privacy panel is approximately 14 1/2" x 39 1/2" and has a pebbly surface. NOTE: After listing the doors for sale I discovered a 1 1/2" crack on the side of the amethyst glass panel when I was doing a final cleaning.the glass is very old and grainy with many lines so the crack isn't obvious until you inspect it very carefully. This is a striking pair of antique 27” doors. Made of oak with gorgeous stained glass. Dating from the early 1900's, each door's stained glass panel incorporates a variety of glass types and a subdued selection of colors, with amber, green and clear glass. The abstract design is bordered in amber Florentine and gorgeous green ripple glass. Each central pane's playful composition is rendered in clear Florentine, granite and hammered glass. Description This is a great set that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. The fronts are chestnut and the backs are cherry. It looks like someone began stripping them. They are not 100% completely stripped but it will not take too much to finish them. Each door has a full length panel of leaded glass with a great design. All of the glass is clear distorted in a variety of textures and patterns. Each panel has 12 jewels. All of the hardware needs to be replaced. They measure 48 inches wide. By 84 tall and is 1.75 inches thick. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good scrubbing but will clean up nicely. The top of each has a nice piece of leaded glass. All of the glass is clear distorted. I see no cracks or breaks. All of the ornate Victorian hardware is intact except the slide bolt keeper. They measure 48 inches wide by 79.25 tall. They are 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is approx. 16.25 by 40.25 inches. Overall they are in good condition.
