Very Large Victorian Gone With the Wind GWTW or Parlor Lamp NR
This is the last of my collection of Victorian Gone With the Wind lamps. And I saved the best for last! This magnificent lamp measures approximately 23 1/2 inches to the top of the ball shade, or 25 inches to the top of the hurricane. The top globe measures approximately 11 inches in diameter, and the bottom one is slightly larger. It is marked"Made in US of America" The ball shade has its original metal rim. Top globe is 10 inches high& 10 inches across. Bottom globe is 6 1/2 inches high& 10 inches across. Lamp has the number 202 on the bottom. Does not have any other markings. The lamp is typical of lamps made circa 1880's- 1915. It does say Made in US America on the wick knob. It has a couple of small chips on the bottom of the top globe, they cannot be seen when top is attached to lamp. Beautiful hand painted daisies. The lamp has been electrified and lights up top& bottom. Cord is going bad, should be replaced. I would consider any fair offer. The lamp is 25 inches tall. The shade is 11 in diameter. It is hand painted. The artist has signed it FT Moran. The top globe has 5 pink roses, the background morphs from a pale pink to a soft yellow. The base has smaller roses and more leaves, the background has the same gradual fade from pink to yellow. The raised white paint in some areas has a nice warm, highlighted effect. There are no chips, or cracks in the lamp, there is one little flea bite on the top rim, you have to look for the bite. The bottom is signed PG Co which I am thinking Pittsburgh Glass Co. This lamp has been converted to electric. The metal is brass. The screw that raises ... morethe wick does work and is marked made in US of America. the bass is 8 inches.This lovely lamp would bring a warm glow to any room and would display nicely in a window. Beautiful old vtg banquet style gwtw oil lamp. The lamp and globe are both painted front and back. The flowers are handpainted soft pink and rose shades w/ green leaves and stems. It measures 26" tall to top of chimney. The base is a heavy brass and beautifully ornate. The oil pot is all intact. Stamped Rayo, and dated 2-28-1905. Even the knob to monitor flame is stamped made in"US of America. This lamp has not been converted, all original. I did take the lamp apart and the base of globe is rough(2nd to last pic, top globe upside down) and there is a very tiny chip on outside edge. last pic) This is over 100 yrs old and in very nice condition For anyone watching, I did add a couple more dollars to get this packed sufficiently according to weight and box size

Hello- This gorgeous 3-way GWTW Lamp measures approx. 21 1/2" inches high x 10 1/4" at the widest. On a base that is approx. 7" inches square. I love this lamp, and hope you will too. My eye's were drawn to the slim Art Nouveau style of the"waist" on this lamp. The colors are actually very smooth and creamy, there is a tiny signature on the shade, but I can't quite make out the name. The rose's on the shade are actually a brownish-mauve with a hint of pink. It's just very subtle and smooth. There are about 72 crystals that come with this lamp. I took this lamp to my local repair shop(Beacons Lighting in Santa Clara. Ca. Antique Fostoria GWTW Hand Painted Cosmos (?) Flowers / Floral Oil Lamp Base
Antique Fostoria GWTW Hand Painted Cosmos Flowers(I believe) Oil Lamp Base Cast iron foot is marked" FG" 617" If there is no bid in the first 24 hours we WILL put a reserve on it or END the auction. This GWTW oil lamp base is in great condition! See all pictures as they are part of our description! It measures approx 10 1/2" to the top of the brass rim. The cast foot is approx 6" square. The widest part of the font is approx 7 1/2" wide(at the two feathery leaf designs sticking out on the sides) The inside of the base. Where an oil pot sits(not included) is 4 3/4" in diameter by 3" deep. The glass base/font is in great shape and the colors include greens. Yellows, pinks and a touch of brown accents. There are some dirty spots and possibly some fading. It might come out nicer with a deeper cleaning and ... morepolishing, but will leave that up to the high bidder. I basically dusted it for pics. There are four seams on this glass font. The foot and the front/back don't line up squarely and you can see this in the first four pictures of the front and sides. There are raised feathery/leafy designs in the glass at the top and bottom edges and on the two sides. The two sides have a slightly different feathery/leafy design. There is also a wide swirled rib pattern in the glass. I believe the flowers are Cosmos flowers. Or something similar. I can see some heavy swirls in the glass. Which adds nice character. There are no cracks on this base. But I do see a chip which is on the rim where the oil pot liner sits, although the liner does not cover this rim very well. It could be possible this is not the original liner. The oil pot liner has some wear and some light surface rust. But that is usual for these old lamps. It is magnetic, so it is not brass. The brass connector between the foot and glass font is not magnetic and in good shape. It does have some wear to the finish. But no cracks. The cast iron foot has a slight rock to it. Acquired at an estate sale/auction last month. This is an awesome find! A large Parlor Lamp. Painted Glass upper and lower Globes in a soft Grape Motif. The colors are vivid and excellent. As you can see from the pictures, different light, natural versus overhead and flash, each effects the colors in the design. This is a Magnifcent Period Piece estimated to be 1890- 1930( Gone with the Wind Parlor Lamp in Excellent Condition for its age! This very early oil/kerosene lamp has an early electric conversion that lights the top and bottom. Just the top, just the bottom or both at the same time. The original burners/flame componets are still in place from what I can determine. The metal base and other metal components do not show any cracks or breaks or damage. Huge Bradley& Hubbard Hand Painted Victorian Wi nd mill Banquet Lamp GWTW Hurricane This is a huge and exceptional hand painted Bradley& Hubbard Banquet style hurricane gone with the wind lamp. The top globe and the main body are both hand painted depicting a scene of a Victorian farm with a gristmill in winter. The detail to the painting is very good. Especially the plant life in the foreground. The dark areas along the top of the top globe is not dirt, it is painted that way to give it an angry winter clouds appearance. The lamp is all original except for the chimney with appears to have been replaced with a modern version. The lamp is still a fully functional kerosene lamp and has NOT been converted to electricity. The B&H mark on the tank dates this lamp between 1880 and the early 1900's. On the bottom of the base is the ... morenumber 54. The lamp is in excellent condition with no cracks. Chips or loss to the hand painting. There is a tiny hint of a dent in the middle metal section that you can see in a close up of that section. Just acquired out of a Midwest estate. We are able to offer this original 1890's era ~ FROSTED SATIN GLASS GONE WITH THE WIND OIL LAMP ~. The matching shade and base are original to each other. This is a fairly large lamp measuring 23 inches tall. The over all condition is quite nice and it has been electrified at some point in its life. It looks like the font was drilled to run the wire through, and I also see a crack in the brass font along the side. There is no damage to base or shade with the exception of a some expected small little chips or roughness around the bottom fitter end of the globe, that is not seen when placed in the frame. I believe that this lamp was possibly made by Pittsburgh, although I am fairly certain that the collectors will recognize it. Lamp is a clear cased over green over white glass. Puffy ribbed and scrolling pattern on the shade and font. Has the matching 10" fitter half shade and vase oil pot, and replacement chimney. Lamp is called the No. 053 Decorated Vase Lamp, normally found in satin finish glass. Lamp designed by Nicholas Kopp, maker probably Fostoria Shade& Lamp Company, perhaps Consolidated Lamp& Glass Company, with the metal work by Plume& Atwood, ca. 1890s. The parlor lamp is absolutely beautiful. The burner is"success" the fill cap on the oil can is marked"B& H" for Bradley& Hubbard. The bottom part of the lamp is a rose. Floral pattern. The globe is a slightly different shade of red, that almost looks dark orange when seen in sunlight. The globe pattern is also floral, but I'm not sure what type of flower. The lamp in it's entirety measures 14" tall. The fitter is 4 1/4" She shade/globe has an approximately 10" diameter. There is NO FONT included in this auction. I wanted to say that first but did want you to see how the lamp would look completed. The auction is for the antique huge 12" ball shade and matching base only. All it needs is a new font and you will have a beautiful original oil lamp ready for use or you could choose to have it electrified. I also included a pic of the antique ball shade along side another 9" ball shade for size comparison only. I wanted you to see how very large this beautiful shade is. The condition of both glass pieces is very good no chips or cracks. There are small nicks and roughness to the fitter end of the ball shade. These do not show once properly mounted in a shade ring and do not affect the way the shade sits. The colors are a deep burgandy at the top with large deep burgandy floral designs. The background ... morecolors are a pale pink. Blue, and yellow. The lamp was used for its intended purpose and does have the expected minor paint wear and spotting here and there but nothing overly distracting. It is being sold as found and could use some cleaning up. The only markings I find are the metal base as shown. I believe it was made by the Pittsburgh Glass Company. The interior of the shade has a small piece of what looks like an old paper label still intact. I have seen other antique ball shades with fully intact Pittsburgh Glass labels still in place and believe this small piece of paper is all that is left of this ones. See pic 10. I had to see how gorgeous this would look while lit and slipped a bulb on a cord into the shade to show it off this way, see the last pictures, this is a very impressive antique kerosene oil lamp. It comes with glass shade with a ruffled crimped top trimmed in a light minty green. It sits on a brass and matching glass hanging base. The flowers looks almost red. But I believe them to be a redish orange with yellow and green. The glass is white like milk glass. The brass is very shiny, I don't see any noticeable tarnish, but there is some minimal tarnish from age. Overall the lamp hangs about 32" from the ceiling, the actual lamp is about 21" from top of shade to bottom brass finial. The cord with chain is approximately 12 feet long. Antique GWTW Phoenix Oil Lamp Hand Painted Roses with Rare Royal Font Burner.
Here is an Excellent Gone with the Wind Antique Oil Lamp from the early to mid 1890' Made by the Phoenix Glass Co. Font base#880 This has a Royal Font Burner Spreader which uses a cylindrical wick for maximum light. The burner design was state of the art for it's time and was unchanged for many years. All lamp pieces are in Great condition. No chips or damage, the globe is complete with brass ring at the top of the globe to protect edges from chipping, the bottom of the globe that rests on the fitter is also in great shape. The hand painting of the roses is intact and very crisp both on the globe and the font base. The wick was long ago removed for inspection and storage reasons. They are still readily available and easily installed. This lamp has never been converted to electricity. My grandmother was in love with this thing and ... morebelieved that if times were tough again she would be better off with a fuel oil lamp as opposed to electric. The Clear glass chiminy was replaced recently for the purpose of taking pictures, it is however fairly close in style to the factory original. I hate to see this one go but I don't see my kid's appreciating it like a true collector would. Please dont hesitate to ask questions about the lamp. I will do my best to answer ASAP.

This is a HUGE lamp. It stans 25 inches tall. The shade is 12 inches at widest part and sits on a 10 inch lacey brass shade holder. The Beautiful brass finish base is 8 inches wide. It is a three way with a night light in the bottom globe. See pictures of the beautiful hand painted flowers all around the bottom globe. The shade is white on the inside and gold and caramel on the outside that matches the flowers on bottom. It puts out a lot of light in the room. I don't know the manufacturer of this lamp. I am offering for a NO RESERVE auction this all original Bradley& Hubbard[B&H] parlor lamp GWTW[Gone with the wind] with hand painted Poppies on the globe shade. The base has a red finish with black finished castings, the 2 handles are cast dragons, both the burner and under the base is signed B&H, it is approx. 24" to the top of the globe shade, and the globe is approx. 10 1/2" in diameter. Art Deco- Glass Pittsburgh GWTW Lamp Base - Vaseline Glass w/ Red Deco Design
This is the base to a very beautiful lamp that I have seen on ebay only twice in 12 years. It was stated that this lamp was a Pittsburgh Art Deco Gone With the Wind Banquet Lamp and definately you can see the red painted Art Deco pattern on it. It may look rather light in my pics. But it is really a brownish dark red color. The canary yellow glass glows beautifully under black light. The matching glass shade is very gorgous and what a sight to see the whole lamp under the black light as I saw in this seller's photos. I am really hoping that someone has the shade and the rest of the parts to make this a complete lamp. There are some very short pieces of cloth covered wire in the base, that have been cut. What you see in the photos is what you get. It's just the base and it is very nice condition, There are no cracks, chips and only ... moreone small spot in the deco painted pattern is missing. You have to look carefully to see it. This piece stands 10" tall and measures about 6" across the top open area. It has a fancy metal stand that looks original to the item. I will be adding another photo of an issue I see with the base.looks like it is pushed in on one side, but there is no break in the metal. Very hard to explain. I will add a photo soon, to show this. As, I said, if you are into refurbishing these old lamps, and you can find the matching shade for this one, you will have a great lamp.
