Each Marked STERLING 54 Unknown Maker You are buying two beautiful. Old Heavy Crystal/Glass Bottles(Perfume Bottles) with Stoppers. All time best shape and form. Each has unique tooled. Sterling overlay. The Design on each includes a flower Iris or Daffodil? and a Solid Silver plate with ornamental“vines” Beautiful! Both need to be polished and interiors cleaned as they have Cloudiness. Moisture residue, build up inside. I did not want to risk doing any damage to these pieces so I left them As-Is. These were my Mom’s from her Sterling Collection. She has had them wrapped and stored for many years. There ... moreare no chips or cracks on the Bottles. The Silver Overlay on one is complete and Beautiful. The other one has a part of a flower missing(Picture with the frosty looking outline shows the missing silver) It was hard to get great pictures without glare and reflections and shadows. These are not marks on the Silver or bottle. But like I mentioned. Silver needs to be polished, so there are tarnished marks, Patina? The Top rims are also slightly different. One has a little wider cover lip. The Stoppers are complete. One has a“fracture” Bottom of stem, but it seems to be internal. Both have chipping/fleabites along stem bottoms. The One Stopper with the“fracture” was hand-blown and is hollow. The other Stopper is Solid. Each are similar size but have a little different shape. These two really complement each other. But they are not identical. Would be a lovely Cruet Set for Oil and Vinegar. They are both so lovely just Sitting on Display. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. This auction is for two antique. 19th century Sterling Silver& Cut Glass Scent Bottles. In order of my photographs, the larger bottle measures 3 3/8“ tall. The silver repousse cover is marked with three hallmarks. First is the.925 Rampant Lion, followed by the Crowned Leopard of London, and the last is the 1894 date letter, T. Below these hallmarks is a maker’s mark that looks like“CP” but I was unable to identify this maker. This 19thC Scent Bottle is in perfect original condition with no repairs. The second 19thC Scent Bottle in this auction measures only 2 5/8“ long and has a loop which would allow it to be attached to a lady’s Chatelaine. The cover of this bottle has openwork and it is marked along the collar, Sterling.925 Fine” as well as a owner’s monogram. This Victorian bottle is also in perfect condition. Fabulous Antique French Lady's Travel Companion With Two Perfume Bottles c.1860
Dating to around 1860. This wonderful cylindrical lady's companion is created from leather with gilded fittings including the clasp to the front which keeps it tidily shut. Once the clasp is released, the cylinder opens to reveal a blue silk lined interior fitted with a variety of sewing accessories including steel instruments and cut bone thread winders. Each end is a caddy holding a cut crystal scent bottle with gilded hinged lid which once opened reveal that they both retain their original cut crystal stoppers, most unusual and quite wonderful. Lot of two antique perfume bottles and a jewelary box
I have a lot of two beautiful cut glass perfume bottles. I believe they are vintage. One bottle( blue bottle says#44) has number on both stopper and the rim. The other bottle(yellow bottle has#5) has a number on its rim only. Both are in excellent condition except the blue bottle has a minor chip on the base you really have to look very carefully for it to see it. Both bottles have very nice design on it. I also have a jewelry box in the same lot it is a clear glass metal box not as old as the bottles. Look at the pictures carefully to see the numbers on the bottle. This is a Rare 1800's Pair of matching Gustave Keller Perfume Bottles. They are both 950 Sterling and Etched Crystal with inside cut Crystal Bottle Stoppers. The Sterling outer Lids fit down over the Sterling Collar top and have a graceful Scallop shape on top of the Lid with a Monogram of M or W in Victorian script. One Bottle is 6" in height and 3" in diameter. The other Bottle is 5" in height and 2 1/2" in diameter. They both have beautiful floral etching around the top and column patterns near the bottom of the Bottles. These are extremely heavy and thick Crystal Bottles. Exceptionally well made. The Bottles and Stoppers are perfect with no cracks or chips and the Sterling Lids have no dents. I have not cleaned the Bottles and they have light residue inside which will wash out. Each bottle is triangular shaped and fits perfectly into its own section in the black leather case. The glass bottles are cranberry, green, clear and yellow. Each has a facetted stopper, but I think that one of stoppers may be a replacement. The leather strap on the back of the case is, unfortunately, broken but could easily be repaired with some leather glue. This listing is for an incredible. Very old and very rare set of 4(one is missing) perfume bottles, in a fold up wooden case that is covered with yellow velvet. It is in an amazing condition for their age. The case is in a pretty good condition. It close perfect and the hinge work very well. One bottle is missing what can be finde on antiques markets or also on Ebay with a little luck and patience you will finde one. I bought it a few days ago and don´t try to complete it. The yellow velvet material covering the case is a little bit worn. The case lid has a incorporated cut glas. Witch is in very good condition. The bottles measure about 4" high with the stoppers. And on the other roses. Close examination reveals that. Although close, the painted figures are different. Curiously at least 2 of these bottles still smell of the perfume they once contained! So rare to come across a pair of matching perfume bottles. This elegant pair are probably the most sought-after colour, Cranberry graduating down to a clearer glass at the base. The screw-top lids are made from English sterling silver, hallmarked for Birmingham 1896, making these true Victorian examples. The makers mark is also present CM for the silversmith, Charles Mappin. Estate found.set of four art deco apothecary/vanity jars with white etched transfer design. All are in terrific condition with no breakage. One lid is missing. But this bottle does not appear to be part of the set of the other three pieces. There is residue of the original contents(I have no idea what these bottles held.cologne, perfume, bath oils? I will leave the cleaning to the buyer. The tallest bottle measures approx. 8 1/2" tall with a diameter of 3 5/8" The shortest is a lidded jar which measures approx. 3 3/4" tall with a 2 3/4" diameter. The others are in between. Made in France. Vintage or Antique. Four individual diamond shaped thick glass bottles all housed in a gilt ormolu filigree frame. Each bottle has removable filigree sleeve and cut crystal stopper. The diamond shaped housing has detailed raised vine flowers draping. The detail of the housing is reflected on each bottles removable collar. The set measures approximately 5"H x 6"L x 4"W. Each individual glass bottle is about 2.5"L x 1.5"W. One glass bottle is damaged at the top where the stopper sits. But still holds the crystal stopper and is not noticeable as it is covered by the sleeve. The same bottle stopper was broke at base of the faceted cut at neck of stopper. Lot of 4 Minature Perfume Bottles 2 shorter ones are approx 2 1/2 inches tall 2 taller ones are approx. 3 1/2 inches tall 2(l tall/1 short) have original metal screw lid. The metal cap is missing from the other two. ALL have original lamp shades or globes. The green shade and white globe are in really good condition. I do not know what material they are made of. The two"supposed to be clear" globes are very discolored and have splits in them. All of them need to be cleaned. I bought these at the estate auction of a lady that I dearly loved as a child. She owned an old country store that my father used to take me to. We would sit around an old pot-belly stove and drink a Coca Cola. Hand painted design on each bottle is absolutely beautiful. Raised enamel on the petals and leaves. Beautiful detail on the butterflies. These bottles are in good condition with no cracks in the glass. There is a very tiny chip on one of the stopper at the very top where the white accent dots are placed. We found these in a warehouse we bought out over 40 years ago! And when we found them they were in the original cases with cloth tape. We have had them in storage since then. Clear glass bottom, blue top, gold writing(all intact) on top. Measures about 3 3/4" high. 2) Green depression glass bottle. Measures about 4 1/4" high. Glass stopper is slightly chipped at its end, but not noticeable from outside. 3) Miniature cobalt glass bottle. Measures about 1 3/4" high. 4) Amber glass( bottle with brass top.
