This is an excellent silver metal alloy processional cross of a nice large size: 34 cm/13.5" tall x 21cm/8" wide. You can see the molded Madonna and Child surrouded by winged cherubim on three sides. On the back is more cheribum and Amahric script translated at something like"lion" and"King of Kings" Very beautiful and special piece. More figurative than most. Quite heavy.

The top looks like they didn't quite get it squared off when carving so the top pattern is slightly off kilter. I can't imagine the amount of man hours put into this item. Nice patina.
