Measures approximately 70' tall and 80' wide and 30' deep(measured at the center) The large middle compartment has 4 drawers at the bottom. All with serpentine fronts. The two side compartments have hanging rods. The armoire can be broken into separate compartments for transportation. A variety of age appropriate wear is present(various bumps and scrapes) Back panel not present. Door and drawer pulls appear to be original hardware. Antique Carved Walnut Mahogany 3 Door Louis XV Armoire Wardrobe Mirrored Doors
Impressive Louis XV mahogany armoire or wardrobe. This large piece has tons of storage space behind its three doors. Mirrors with bevelled edges and ornately carved wooden panels give this piece an amazing decorative look. A gracefully curved top is capped by an intricately carved finial. Skirted fronts and short cabriole legs lift it off the ground and keep the armoire from feeling heavy despite its size. This piece can be dismantled for moving. Overall. The armoire is in good condition. The two side mirrors have some noticable silver loss. Example pictured. There are also some small dents and dings to the wood. This is a very nice 3 door wardrobe circa 1900. Made in France or Possibly Italy as a lot of there furniture were very similar. The condition is very good. Its pollard oak and walnut with satinwood marquetry inlay to each door to the side, as well as rosewood inlay. At some time to the back has had wood worm. It looks treated, but we have also treated it as well. lt comes in several part so its easy to transport. To the base it has brass feet and also to the top brass cups. The center has a drawer to the base. The the rest is all hanging space as well as the sides. The mirror is the original one which shows some specks with age. Measurements are 76 wide.83 high, 24 deep. We have the 3 keys for each door.

This oversized piece is extremely high quality, and remains in great condition. This piece features a full-length bevel glass mirror in the center door. Three hand-cut dovetail drawers on the bottom of the piece, and triple door access. This piece also has a beautiful cross-grain mahogany veneer with burl panel highlights. The bronze finished brass ormolu embellishment is completely intact. And the crest is crown molded with a brass cut out center. The two outside serpentine doors retain their original brass Victorian style hardware and mirror the two outside doors. Which are also in the serpentine fashion. The extra large wardrobe measures 74” wide. 106” tall, and 24” deep on the outside. Beautiful hand carved two tier French armoire in walnut. C.1860 inherited from grandmother but does not fit house. Purchased in 2003 for $950 condition is very good. All original features wit no visible restoration work done or needed. there is slight crack on the upper back side(pictured) though the wood is still solid. otherwise no marks can be found.

This is a walnut victorian armoire signed by Joseph B. Hubbard New Orleans. The armoire is circa 1880. The armoire is in as found condition. The finish is good and I would not refinish it. It has been stored for 20+ years. All I did was oil it. The armoire breaks down for easy moving. This armoire has no screws holding it together. It is held together with slotted panels and crown wedges. The only screws are the two that hold the top pediment on. It is all original except for the door locks and the one small interior shelf. The lock has been replaced with a key and the small shelf is not original. The armoire is an impressive size. It measures 97 3/4" tall with the pediment attached. 90 1/2" tall without the pediment, 65 1/4" wide and 23" deep at the crown, and 57" wide and 23" deep at the base. The base has ... more2 drawers.
