Beautiful & Huge Antique Italian Hand Painted 1920's Armoire Wardrobe Closet
Hand painted Armoire. Purchased on ebay 6 years ago and shipped from Italy. This wardrobe is very large: 10 feet wide(120 inches) 6.3 feet high(76 inches) 2 feet deep(25 inches) Main colors are cream. Sky blue with gold trim. Has 6 locking doors(3 keys included) Both side closets are 2 inches deeper than the center and have full length hanging capactiy with one shelf in each closet. Center is half closet(for hanging shirts) with 4 drawers underneath. Very detailed carved wood trim. Paint is excellent(for its age) There are chips and missing wood. No cracks or heavy scratches to finish or any. Photos added are of the center and left closet insides. Right side is same as left. Only it has a shelf on top and bottom. Antique French Or Italian 3 Door Armoire in Walnut With Satinwood Inlay
This is a very nice 3 door wardrobe circa 1900. Made in France or Possibly Italy as a lot of there furniture were very similar. The condition is very good. Its pollard oak and walnut with satinwood marquetry inlay to each door to the side, as well as rosewood inlay. At some time to the back has had wood worm. It looks treated, but we have also treated it as well. lt comes in several part so its easy to transport. To the base it has brass feet and also to the top brass cups. The center has a drawer to the base. The the rest is all hanging space as well as the sides. The mirror is the original one which shows some specks with age. Measurements are 76 wide.83 high, 24 deep. We have the 3 keys for each door.

Italian Carved 1870 Antique Armoire. Hand hewn of solid fruitwood about 1870 in northern Italy. This country house armoire is charming. The finish is in beautiful condition with just enough mars and wear for antique character. Waxed and buffed. Only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its glow. Pegged joints and hand carved pilasters are authentic. Doors have original lift off wrought iron hinges and a giant lock that still works. The arched crown is graceful. $2500 1920s Antique Italian Walnut Bombe Wardrobe Armoire
It's an antique Italian Walnut Bombe Wardrobe Armoire. Dating from around 1920. Serpentine shaped body with a bombe base and with scalloped cornice tip and cross banded frieze above a large central mirrored door with a serpentine front and with a single inlaid door to either side all with ornate gilt handles. Breaks down to three sections for ease of transporting. Tom Horvath in Totowa. NJ had completely refurbished and refinished the armoire about 10 years ago. Been kept out of direct sunlight so finish is still excellent with a few faded areas but only visible upon close inspection. Recent on-line listed prices of similar armoires ranged from $2000- $2800.
