These 2 brass sconces were made by BRASSCRAFTERS. Made in Portugal. There are 2 sconces that each hold 2 candles. The size of the sconces are as follows: 8 1/2" H x 10" W with a wall projection of 5 1/4" These are NOT perfect. There are minor scratches in the brass. They were purchased at an estate sale in Princeton. NJ. My guess is that they were moved many times before I got to clean them up.There are no deep gouges or chips in the brass. You can see all of these points if you look at the picture where the shade is held up in my hand. Shade(there is only one for the pair) has a chip on the outside at about top dead center- There are fleabites on either side where the shade is held in the sconce. While these are visible. You have to look rather hard for them. There is a fleabite/chip also on the lower right hand corner of the shade. There is a flaw on top of the glass on the right-upper side that looks like a small teardrop. It is essentially a small imperfection on top of the glass but it is the glass itself and was coated with the shade originally. ... moreThis is a VERY difficult shade to find so if you need the shade. Get it now! The frames look to be in very good condition although they could still use a little clean up. The back side says Mech $ Design PATS PENDING REG CAN. 1932. There is also a number B119 which might be a casting number or model number. The light sockets are not corroded and should only need to be rewired(if you can do this yourself like me this is not a big task) You could also replace the sockets for minimal cost. The switches click like they work but since I cannot test them I cannot guarantee they work. The frame on the right hand side of the picture has a small casting imperfection on the second of the four things that come up from the middle on the left hand side. It looks like a small crack but it is just missing material from the original casting. Looking at the back(the one on the right) You can see the spot as a little triangle that appears– the other frame doesn’t have the little triangle. Otherwise these look fairly decent and would look good if another shade was found. As I said these are very difficult to find shades so if you need one of these sconces at least this is a g

Fine Spelter Zeus or Thor, Medusa Wall Sconce Large
Purchased recently at a Central Ohio auction is this fine spelter cherub sconce. The shelf portion is 15 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide. The base is 14 inches wide and 12 1/2 inches high. There is small broken pieces on the edges. 2 onthe right side and 2 on the left. Also the shelf has separated from the base on the top left side. It also looks like the shelf had detached from the base and someone hot glued it back together. I feel this could be redone and welded or solder back together. This is fabulous architectural item that needs to be preserved and could be done in the right hands. These pieces, evan with a small amount of damage, are getting harder and harder to find. ANTIQUE BRASS GAS/ELECTRIC WALL SCONCE WITH GILLINDER SHADES - C.1900
Presenting this gas/electric wall sconce with original Edison patented socket and Gillinder shades dated 1911. The brass was previously polished about thirty years ago. But has nicely mellowed over the years. There is one chip in the gas shade(see last photo) and fitter screw burn marks on the electric shade. There are a couple of places on the gas shade where the frosting is scuffed or worn(difficult to photograph) The shades are 4 1/2" and 7 1/2" diam. x 4" ht. The canopy is 4" diam. It has been cleaned some, but could use some more. has a casting mark on the back side of 0-1403. One of the set screws for the shade works a bit tough. Needs a little WD40. Main parts are brass with steel fittings, the oval wall plates are about 4" X 6.25" the socket holder sits out from the wall about 5.5" The metal mounting pieces are included but rather rusty, one switch is free the other is siezed up. The brass is heavily oxidized, looks appropriately shabby as found but could probably be improved with some effort. The glass shades are frosted and a little rough at the bottom, but they look just fine sitting on the lamps. One has some stubborn rust-colored stains. Vintage Industrial Adjustable Arm Desk Task Lamp Light Wall Sconce
For your consideration is this vintage adjustable arm lamp. It stands 81/2" tall in it's straight up and down position. But also moves to position as pictured. The socket and shade pivot as well, all adjustment mechanisms move easily and hold in place well. Note flip out hanger in photo#8, readily available, to easily hang as a task light or wall sconce. The light is made of steel, with some rust and great old patina, it has been brushed and a clear coat applied to add luster and protect the lamp. The socket is a Leviton socket with a good working clicker switch and it has been rewired with black twisted cotton reproduction cord and plug. It looks like it had a spring clip also, but the spring does not seem to be working. There is a hole on the front of the base and some very light scratches in the metal base. It dates from the early 1900's around 1920. It is a signed Electrolier fixture. This company made high end lighting in the 1920's and 1930's. This fixture comes with the slip shade. The glass shade is free from any chips or cracks. This lamp looks quite nice hen it is lit. The sconce has the original gold paint and it is free from any signs of rust which is nice. This slip shade sconce has the original switch on it and it is still active and working. This lamp has been tested working however it still has the old cloth wires so you may want to have them replaced. The sconce measures 6 1/2" x 10 1/2" and projects ... more5 1/4" from the wall( with the shade on) The slip for the shade is 4 5/8" at the top and curves in over 3 1/4" As you can see there is some white wall paint on the one corner. Vintage Industrial Articulating Arm Work Light Wall Sconce Table Lamp
For your consideration is this cool vintage articulating arm light. This old light was used as a work light and can be mounted with screws either onto a table or on the wall as a sconce. This light is made of steel. So it has great old patina, it had a some surface rus, so it was brushed. The light has a clear coat to enhance and protect it. The GE socket is original to the light, but has been rewired with reproduction tan twisted cloth cord, with original bakelite plug. The cord is long enough to plug in either as a lamp or a sconce. The lower articlating arm is 12" long and the arm closest to the socket is 16"long. Both of the adjustment mechanisms move well and hold securely in any position. Mid Century Modern Vintage Wall Sconce - Arteluce Paulson Stilnovo Tomado Era
This is a really cool wall light fixture. And a great vintage Mid Century Modern addition to a rust i c Eames era cabin. W hile I saw one similar several years ago I cannot find my notes about it. T herefore cannot remember who it is by- Stilnovo. Arteluce, Poulson and with a bit of Tomado color thrown in? Each separate light works and can be turned on/off individually. Condition: Well used to speak frankly. The colored shades have nicks on the paint job so please use the zoom feature to see how many. The brass push-button at the bottom plate controlling all of them as a whole occasionally gets sticky& right now is stuck on the'on' setting. Therefore as of late I have been turning it off by the individual shades. The black shade is missing it's original white turn button and has a replacement(I have never kept an eye out for ... morea match but could be out there taken from another fixture) Also, the'hook' plate is missing on the back of the bottom mount thus I have had to use long screws to mount it into the wall directly. As you can see the clear sealant has been peeling off the brass and caused the discoloration/tarnish. I have not had the heart to try to polish the tarnished surfaces. Nor re-paint with a clear-coat sealer. The wiring is passable, but so easy to replace if you so chose. All that said it has proved a very cool decor item! Measures: 23" + 1/4 tall(plate to plate) Projection off wall at top: 12" including black shade Each shade: 5"+1/2 long by 3"+1/2 diameter Cord: 11' 6" Don't hesitate to write with any questions. Offered is a very nice True Vintage Mid Century Industrial Wall Sconce from the old Park Theater in middle Tennessee. This sconce measures approx. 16” tall(assembled as pictured) And is approx. 12” wide across the top and 3 ½” wide across the bottom. It is in good vintage condition with no cracks in the frosted glass shade. There is a small ding on the bottom base of the shade where it fits into the sconce. It is not visible when the shade is in place. Two of the small welded bars across the bottom back side of the brass portion of the sconce are missing. The decorative brass is still very firmly intact. Overall. The condition is consistent with that of 60 to 80+ year old antique architectural lighting fixtures. Vintage Red Tole Wall Lamp Light Sconce Toleware Gold Trim 1 of 2
This is one of two vintage red tole with gold trim wall hanging lights that I have for sale. It is painted a deep red with dark gold painted trim. It hangs on the wall from a hole in the top of the base plate. With the in cord coming from the bottom. The lamp works(see picture) however, the wiring although intact and seems fine does not look new, and for safety, the buyer may want to update it. It turns on and off with a switch on the candelabra part of the lamp. The paint is in very good condition for an item of this age, however, there are some light scratches. There are some places of red paint inside the shade that looks like they may have been there since it was made. The back side of the plate that hangs from the wall is unpainted and is lightly rusted(see pic) The top of the shade is gold colored metal openwork land there is also gold ... moreon the base of the candelabra. The offwhite candelabra does show signs of wear and could be replaced. The lightbulb is not included, not because I am too cheap to include a bulb, but because lightbulbs don't usually make the trip, no matter how well they are packed. The shade is approximately 4 1/4" tall(from the base to the top of the gold openwork) 7 1/4" wide at the base and 3" wide at the top of the gold. The red painted plate that would hang from the wall is approximately 5" wide. My mother purchased these about 20 years ago and I know nothing about the manufacturer, age or where they came from. I really don't know anything about these, so have tried to describe them as best I could. Please ask questions prior to bidding and I will try to reply ASAP. Up for Sale ia a Beutiful Antique Porcelier Wall Sconce. It is in excellant condition. The gold trim and little flowers look great. The pull switch works as it should and has a great snap to it, I tested it and it works properly. The photos speak for themselfs as to its great condition. The outlet works as it should, the wires on the outlet were a little frayed so I replaced them, the wires to the light socket were in great condition so I left them. The fixture is ready to mount on your wall. It is setup to accept a glass globe over the bulb, many are listed regularly on Ebay so it can be added if you wish. I like to add an old looking Edison style bulb as shown in a couple of the photos without the globe. The mounting bracket and gold cap nut are included, the light bulb shown in a few of the photos is not included.

This is being sold as found, there is no shade. The metal is sound, there are no cracks, breaks or repairs. Believe that it is brass- possibly bronze- a magnet will not stick, it is brass in color with black highlighting. Twist on/off switch on the bottom. Revere Copper Wall Sconce Planter Art Deco Machine Age VTG Moderne Russel Wright
I am so proud to offer this gorgeous copper wall sconce planter made by Revere in the 1930s or 40s. Made of solid copper. This simple Deco/Moderne design consists of a disc, 11.25 inches in diameter, with a ring band to hold an open sphere, 4 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches tall. Original wall hanger with Revere mark is still in place on the back. Excellent condition with no issues except for a tiny dimple on the bottom of the sphere and evidence of polishing. The inside of the sphere has some soil residue and green patina. Just a striking Midcentury Modern accessory, offered here with no domestic handling charge. Shipping weight 3 pounds. As always.
