Antique 4 Claw Footed Victorian Plant Stand Side Table Brass Cast Iron Steampunk
Here we have a great victorian plant stand that has brass legs cast claw feet and cast iron top and leg brass. There is also a mirror in the center that you could either keep or replace with a small piece of marble or a tile. The top of the table. Is about 13 1/4 inches by 13 1/4 inches, this includes the cast iron on the sides of the mirror. This table stands about 29 1/2 inches tall. As you can see from the photos this table was painted, some time ago, all in gold. If you look at photo 11 you can see the brass legs are decorated similar to another table that I have listed. The buyer could choose to keep the old gold paint or remove it from the brass legs and show it's original design. This table will ship FedEx ground so it will not be able to ship to a PO Box. Fern stand, or pedestal. this is a very showy piece made of solid walnut. the center post has a finial at the top and is turned and carved as it goes up. support legs come off the central post to support the top. the top has a great cut out and carved skirt with 4 finials extending down from the bottom of the top of each support leg. it has a lot going on with and is hard to describe, hopefully the pictures will give a better description. it is a large plant or fern stand being 38 inches tall, the diameter of the largest part of the top is about 15 inches or so, the diameter of the base is a bit over 16 inches. this makes a very nice display. not that anyone cares, but i am starting it for less than it cost several years ago. it may be picked up at my home or shipped at buyer's expense. ... morei can help arrange shipment if that would be beneficial for anyone. good luck.

We are pleased to offer this EXCEPTIONAL. Antique, Victorian era table or stand. This beautiful piece features gilded iron and soft green onyx/marble. The table/stand has ornate, pieced iron bands that encircle the onyx on each tier. These bands have a Neoclassical design with acanthus scrolls and large medallions accented with flowers. The upper tier is larger in circumference than the lower tier but the iron patterns are the same. The table/stand has 4 legs. Each leg features a detailed dragon or serpent head which is protrudes from the legs. Below the head, each leg is incised with a pattern that represents the serpent's scales. This pattern extends downward to the floor. The legs are curved in an exaggerated manner so that they represent the bodies of the serpent. The feet are small and rounded to complete the serpentine effect. The ... moreonyx/marble pieces are thick and extend above the iron that surrounds them. They are quite beautiful as well. They are a soft green color with occasional white and tan veins. This is an elaborate table or stand. It is quite striking and extremely interesting. It is in very good antique condition with only minor signs of age or use. The onyx has some minor chips on the top edges which are"felt" more than seen. These are very difficult to see and do not distract from this gorgeous piece. They do have some chipping to the underneath sides where they fit into the shelves. There is only minor loss of the gilded finish in a few areas. Overall condition is very good. STUNNING! The stand measures 28.5" tall to the iron portion of the top tier and it is 29" tall to the top of the onyx. The top tier is 16" in diameter. The lower tier is 10" in diameter. The legs are 13" wide. Purchased from an upscale Estate sale: Could not find another one like it on Ebay to compare. I think it is a candle holder on one tray and the other tray is for holding a plant. But could be used for other display items. Measures 17 1/4" tall and each round tray measures 5" in diameter. There are no visable nails so I believe it is hand turned and assembled with a wood peg(see close up photo) Very sturdy with no splits or repairs to the wood. Not my area of expertise but I think the wood is solid mahogany. Since I purchased this from an Estate sale I am not sure of the age but family provenance dates it to pre 1900's. This seems to be an American Made plant or card table. Looks mahogany or rosewood. It needs to be refinished, but I want to let the person who buys it refinish it to their desire. One of the little knobs is broken, as seen in the picture, and it has been squared up on the top of the legs, and the top table is just sitting on the legs, though it can be glued on or nailed as desired. It will be a beautiful victorian piece when refinished by a professional, and it isn't hundreds or thousands like the others on ebay. Here is a handsome original 1890's stand/table that is made of pierced cast solid brass with brass twisted square tubing legs. The stand measures 29" tall. The top is 16" square and the shelf is 8" square. The missing stone inserts would be 10" 6" square. As you can see. The metalwork is in very good condition for its age with no cracks or breaks and excellent detail in the casting. Solid and in good repair. Heavy plate glass in an easy and inexpensive substitute for the missing inserts. These stands have many uses. Use them as a pedestal for sculpture or large urns. Look great with a big fern or other plant. Often used as a lamp table beside a chair. Maybe even put a bird cage on it. Recently out of a high end local Nebraska estate. A couple small nicks and some light staining. I have made no attempt to clean it. It is 28 1/2" tall with a 14" wide leg spread and the beveled marble top is about 11" across. The walnut appears to be in very good shape overall, one leg looks to have a surface or very shallow crack about an 1 1/4" long(see pictures) Would make a very nice addition to your Victorian parlor or medieval manor. Antique Victorian Eastlake Pedestal Plant Stand Monogrammed Round Top 33" Tall
This is a very nice antique pedestal or plant stand that was custom monogrammed with the letter I. This appears to be cherry wood and is in overall very good original condition. The top has some normal wear on the finish and there are two rubs on the side that are impressed into the sides(see photos) The pedestal is solid. Stands level and is all original with the original finish and no repairs or restoration has been done. The piece measures about 33" tall and has a 14 1/4" diameter on the top; the flat portion of the top is 12 1/2" Do to the size of the packaging this will need to be shipped Greyhound which will deliver to the nearest station to your zip code and you are notified and pick it up from them. Rare Antique American Victorian Inlaid Side Parlor Table / Plant Stand AWESOME!
An exquisite antique American; inlay and mother of pearl Victorian parlor. Side, or occasional table circa 1885. This is a high style original period piece most likely meant for the front room or parlor where ladies would meet and have tea; or perhaps a gentleman came to call on a young lady. It appears to be hand carved of solid mahogany and features delicate scrolls and vines intertwined and inlaid into the top along with inlaid mother-of-pearl accent buttons. What is truly rare is that the top has it's original old surface and finish; and there is no sign of fading. The color and patina is exactly what it should be. The base also appears to be original finish and surface, but it has been sealed to reduce further oxidation. It measures 29" inches high and 22 3/4"square. The shape and size of the“balls” and the pattern on the bamboo are what make me feel this is a piece of HW This little stand or taboret is hexagonal in shape with real bamboo legs that have that circular decorative pattern found on these Victorian pieces. The top is in good shape for its age showing all the nicks and fading that you expect on one of these pieces that may have spent 100 New England winters and summers on someone’s front porch. A few of the legs have some splits but all are solid and the table sits pretty level and is stable. Only a couple of the little decorative cross sticks are able to slide back and forth in their leg holes. For your consideration we offer this genuine bamboo fern stand from the late nineteenth century. The table is approx. 29" tall and the top is 14" diameter. The lower shelf is 7" diameter and is 11" from the floor. The legs of this table or plant stand are made from real bamboo. Steamed and bent into shape. The"feet" are actually the bamboo roots and add a wonderful and unusual element to this table. One of the roots has been shaved off on the bottom to help level the table. Whether this was done when the table was new or at a later date is unknown. The top and shelf are dark stained wood which has water stains and is split as shown in the photos. Antique Victorian (B&H?) Baroque Brass Cherub Plant Fern Stand, Fantastic Detail
This is an outstanding antique 19th century brass plant stand with highly detailed cherub images all over the top surface of the stand. Underneath the top is an ornately detailed and cut-out floral cast iron piece which screws onto the brass base. I couldn't find any markings anywhere. But I've seen stands very similar to this in quality and style that were marked B&H. The entire piece is excellent, sturdy, solid, and perfectly useable with gorgeous patina and verdigris from age. When the top is removed, a small area of damage is visible; the lip on the bottom of the cast iron piece that screws onto the base is missing a few small chunks of metal, but it is not cracked, and it still screws on tightly. The stand measures 30" H x 11 1/2" in diameter. It will be disassembled, packed very well, and insured during shipping.

Antique Solid Wood Victorian LAMP TABLE Ball and Spoke style Round Plant Stand
A great victorian round parlor lamp table that would also work well for a planter. Solid hardwood with dark satin that overall is in good condition with balls at base of spoke styled legs showing some loss. Fabric used as inly for pad is quite possibly original and in good shape only showing slight indent to where something sat for long period. The piece is 16" across the top and is 22.5" tall. The legs are a little wider than the top. Table has one seam in top that has separated but has little effect on the piece with one side still looking fairly tight. Please see close ups taken of each side of the fabric showing the continued line of seam I am talking about. Only other thing to mention is one of the decorative balls on underside is missing. Antique Victorian Eastlake Wood Marble Pedestal Table Plant Fern Stand. Good to Fair condition. Wood Top is"WARPED" pretty good, marble has some marks, scuffs and scratches. Crack and wood loss on one leg. Scuffs and scratches and cracks on the stand. Displays well once in the corner to where the warped sides of the top are not as seen easily. This table will come apart for easy shipping. I will mark each leg with dots and put screws back where they come from. Assembly required. Not responsible if you have problem reassembling the table, stripping screws or breaking, cracking, chipping wood from over tightening screws ect. I believe there's four flat head screws total to put the stand back together. Measures approx. 35" tall. Marble is 11" round. Legs are approx. 15" apart from one another.
