Vintage NOS Horseshoe Sliding Barn Door Track Roller Flexible Hardware Hanger
Here for your consideration is this new old stock horseshoe style barn door hanger. This auction is for a single hanger I only have one of these. This looks to be NOS(new old stock) it still has the original black powder coat finish in good condition with some minor chipping. I don't have the bolts for this. This measures 10' from the top edge to the bottom of the horseshoe, the horseshoe part is 5 1/2' wide and the mounting area is 5' from the bottom of the lower track guide to the bottom of the horseshoe, this has the hinged part to allow the door to be flexible and swing outward, this looks like it would fit on a 1' or 1 1/4' single rail track. Pair of Antique Horse Shoe Barn Door Rollers W/ 8ft Track. 1850's Carriage House
Antique? barn door rollers with 8 feet of track. They were taken out of a really neat carriage house built in the 1850's. I have no idea how old these actually are. We removed them by hand. No torching or cutting. All I can say is.it was not easy. =) The carriage house and the original residential house were going to be torn down for a parking lot. The carriage house was so beautiful and just thinking of the history. I hated to see every thing just thrown away. The rollers measure approx. 12 1/4 inches in height. 13 3/4 to the bottom or the rollers. 15 1/2 wide at the bottom. These are the bigger rollers. Eight feet of track. The track and rollers still seem very solid to me. There is surface rust but I couldn't find anything rusting through. The track is a little bumpy. I did clean these as well as I could with a bad wrist. There ... morewas a lot of years worth of dust and grease so believe me when I say. You would not have wanted them as is. After cleaning, I sprayed with some WD40 to prevent rusting so there is still a thin layer of that. If you want to remove it, just use some degreaser. There are probably areas I couldn't clean real well especially around the wheel. So they might need some light cleaning. For the track. You will see four(I don't know what they are called) whatever they are that the track attaches to with a bolt. There is one missing but it did roll perfectly fine when we opened and closed the door. For those who may think only a"Top Rated" Vendor can be trusted to be a good seller. I lost my status because I didn't list/sale enough in a certain amount of time. Frankly I don't think it goes hand in hand but I will have it back when I sell more items in a certain amount of time. They actually told me I got it back but I don't see it so who knows what they are doing. A pair of Louden Roll Easy stable door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/8" wheels turn freely. These rollers are in excellent working condition. They come with 4 good working bolts and square nuts. This set of rollers came off a racehorse stable door that I could not"save" So I used the parts to fix up the other 5. This set, I think is the"prettiest" partly because a section of the roof gave way in a summer storm and so some doors and hardware were then left exposed to the weather. The 8' pc of Louden track is good and straight with all the wall brackets there and well attached. I cleaned up this hardware, but decided against stripping it or painting it be because I think that their unique" look" kind of tells a story. Hi. This is a very nice set of rustic Maine barn door pulley rollers with no reserve! Each roller was scraped and sanded down and painted a nice black satin finish. They came out nice with some rustic looking pitting on each roller that turn very easily! The big roller has a 7 3/4" wheel with a solid 11" long back bracket with two screw holes. I only have the 2 lower bolts and square nuts to go with this set[to connect the hanger part to the wood door] The 72" track pc has a connected 73 1/2" cover pc that reads LOUDEN in 2" lettering and it is good and straight and it is in very good condition. It does have the original"bird keeper outer pc" bolted in the right hand end. This is the matching set to the set that we sold 2 weeks ago. These have a patent date of June 11th 1912 on the cast iron hanger part. I would have to say that these type rollers and track were the"Cadilac set of the day" rollers. Complete set of interior and exterior Doors to build your dream horse barn/ stable. I salvaged these on a barn take-down. The doors had been repurposed once before and date to 30's or 40's based on construction method. Lumber used(dimensional fir) and cast iron and forged hardware. These have a few bumps and bruises, but no rot or dry rot. To say these are substantial would be an understatement. I can't imagine attempting to use these with stick fram construction. Construction method from barn was post and beam. I want to sell as a package to someone building a barn. this 18th century old early original primitive horse ranch corral wooden gate is an exceptional piece of very early horse farm history. it has the best true early aged surface. the hinge post is slightly longer so it tilts a bit when standing. total measurements are 69 1/4'h x 49 1/4'w x 2 7/8' in thickness and weighs about 90 pounds. one of its highlights is the built in sliding gate latch which i think is just great and love about it. it is in all original as found untouched condition. some insignificant minor wood losses and anomolies consistant with a piece of this age but it is in nice stable and solid condition. the upper curved board does have an very early split which has an old wire repair which does not affect the integrety at all and i think just adds to its authentic character. this would look awesome as wall hanging ... morefolk art or a standing piece anywhere that can accomodate room for it. this would especially make for the most unique stunning bed headboard. its being offered for a pick up however i can assist with frieght shipping arrangements.

Here are 4 heavy duty. Cast iron, antique, meat hook pulleys perfectly suited for repurposed barn door trolleys. I might even say better suited for indoor applications- less moving parts than traditional antique barn hardware. Sturdy and smooth rolling) Refurbished. Beautiful rustic look, ready to use. The rollers turn freely. These are marked with the letters 501 SCF have four holes in the cast iron wheels. Overall lenght is 11 3/4. Wheel diameter is 4 1/2" very large- way bigger than any trolley wheels you're likely to find. Wheel to strap clearance is 5 1/2" Wheel groove is 5/8" wide and depth is about 1/2 inch. Measurements are approximate but close. Each one weighs 6 lbs. The right angle at the bottom makes it easy to align the door. A 2x4 sits right on it. Insert a screw through the bottom hole.
