The thinner glazing of the prominent areas and the embossed fleur-de-lis like crest shaped designs on both sides allows the white clay to show thru giving the glaze a bluish gray color. In very good condition with no chips or other damages. Very little. If any, signs of use. One small clump of pottery under glaze on the lower part of the body as shown in an image. LARGE SIZE 19TH C COPPER LUSTER POTTERY PITCHER with DANCERS
Large size copper luster pottery pitcher from the mid 1800s. It measures 8 inches tall and will hold almost a quart of liquid. It features dancers on both sides and some cobalt blue trim. Presented is a gorgeous and rare flow blue Royal Doulton pitcher: This gorgeous piece has striking detail and design depicting an orange tree pattern with surrounding flowers and birds. The pitcher is decorated with a very rich cobalt blue coloring against a flat white background accented by rust orange coloring. The trim is painted in gold. The pitcher is quite large and measures 11" wide by 10" tall. There is a"Doulton Burslem Tudor" stamp on the bottom. Which I have pictured. The pitcher is nice used condition with some wear. Antique White Ironstone Wash Basin Chamber Pitcher Burgess& Campbell This is a wonderful. Rare all white toiletry or wash pitcher, manufactured during the 1903 to 1910 time frame, which stands 12 inches tall and is 8 inches in diameter at its widest part. The pitcher carries the back stamp of the Burgess& Campbell Company, which is a crown in a circular ring with the words, Royal China above the crown. Noted by both Edwin Barber's book, U.S. Marks on Pottery and Lois Lehner's volume, U.S. Marks on Pottery, Porcelain, And Clay, the Burgess and Cambell name, under the crown trademark, was replaced by the name, International when the company formed new business partnerships in 1903. The International Pottery Company was one of a large number of potteries formed in the Trenton area during the late 1800's that became known ... moreas the Staffordshire of America. In over-all marvelous condition for its 100+ years of age. There are no cracks, chips, or nicks. We do note that there is crazing to some areas and a yellowing/staining of the white porcelain, where over the years, minerals from the water have seeped through the porcelain. Antique White Ironstone Cockson and Seddon Ewer/Pitcher Cable and Ring
Offering a very graceful Antique White Ironstone Large Ewer/Pitcher featuring a Victorian Cable and Ring relief design on both sides of the top of the handle. The cable crosses over the top of the handle creating a thumb rest. The bottom stamp"Imperial Ironstone China Cockson and Seddon" dates it to the 1870's. The pitcher is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. Some fine light crazing overall and one blemish on one side which appears to be a dirty spot that doesn't wipe off, not very noticeable at all. This can be seen in the 6th picture. The pitcher stands about 12 3/4" tall, is about 8 1/2" from tip of spout to edge of handle and weighs about 4 lbs unpackaged. I will insure it for shipping.

Presented for sale is a lovely circa 1979 Signed"Bk" Earthenware wash bowl and pitcher. The set is decorated with a Raised pattern. Of Men in a pub Drinking Ale and are being served by bar maids. The other side of the pitcher, A Man on a horse trying to out run a woman. The Color is Unique. The overall color is like a sea shell, Pearly in Color with brushes of blue. Bottom of the Bowl says, To Donna + Paul" signed BK 1979. The bowl and pitcher are in Good condition. A couple of minor chips, on the underneath of the bowl. No discoloration, nor evident of crazing. this is a vintage ceramic pitcher. it has no maker markings. it is 5 1/2" tall and has a bottom diameter of 4" the glazing is very crackled and has nice patina. it has a cross stitch design of a cottage on both sides. it has no cracks or chips. the red paint around the lip is worn. it looks as though it originally was a light cream color but has browned with age. the inside crackling of glaze looks really neat. it weighs almost 2 lbs.

Maddock's Works Lamberton Royal Porcelain Basin and Arner's Water Pitcher
MADDOCKS WORKS LAMBERTON ROYAL PORCELAIN AND ARNER'S WATER PITCHER The two items are not the same brand. But look nice together, so you get two for one! The pitcher is by Arner's, there is an inscription that says Thelma Xmas 1989 on the bottom. The pitcher is about 12 inches tall and about 9 inches in diameter. It is in great condition and super fancy. The basin is by Maddocks Works, Lamberton Style and made of Royal Porcelain. The basin has hairline fractures under the clear coat, see photo of the bottom to understand what I am referring to, otherwise, it is in great condition. The basin has some imperfections under the paint, maybe some dirt or dust under the paint when they were painting it? I don't know. A beautiful hand painted porcelain pitcher. About 8" high, by Emma Bridgewater, England. One off, signed LB, I believe it's done by her daughter Lilly. W. Ridgway Hanley Oct 1 1835 Antique Pitcher Blue Press Mold Relief Jug UNUSUAL
This is very early press molded jug that it is decorated with the famous story of Tam O’Shanter. Based on scenes from the poem by Robert Burns(1759-96) THIS TAM O'SHATNER JUG IS THE EARLIEST RIDGWAY JUG TO CARRY A DATE MARK. Jug stands 11 1/2" tall at tallest point and approx 8 3/4" wide at widest point. It is in almost pristine condition with just a hairline crack that doesn't feel to go through. There are some dark spot as shown on picture from dust and dirt. Most rub off but I wanted to be careful in washing so left on for photos. Amazing the excellent condition as jug is from 1835! Beautiful blue that is said to be the work of Josiah Wedgwood- known for his jasperware by Wedgwood(I found this info on the internet so not positive about the color story) The story depicted quite dramatically in detail based loosely on Douglas ... moreGraham of Shanter. Ayrshire(1739-1811) whose wife Helen was a superstitious shrew. Graham was prone to drunkenness and womanising on market day and on one such occasion the local wags clipped his horse’s tail– a fact he explained away with a scary tale of witches which his wife was naive enough to believe. The jug shows Tam on horse in full gallop with witches hanging on the horses' tail. The revere of the jug shows the scene inside the tavern with Tam enjoying a foaming quart of ale. The jug handle shows the witches hand grasping the horse's tail. Really cool looking and detailed with the tavern clock even showing the time. There was a Ridgway family of potter with brothers John and William who succeeded their father Job who trained at Swansea and Leeds before returing home to Hanley in 1781 to found a pottery company of his own. The two boys worked for dad who passed away in 1813. The boys continued the business until 1830 when they split. John retained the factory and William concentrated on fine quality domestic eartherware. Owning six factories. 3 Small Light Blue Antique Porcelain Measuring Cups
These 3 measuring cups are really darling! They are very old and very delicate. I think they are porcelain but I am not an antique dealer so I really don't know for sure. They are white with a light blue floral designs on them. I think they look French. There are three of them all together and they are in amazing shape for their age. Old Yellowware Yellow Ware Chicago Armour Co. Advertising Jug Decanter Ewer Description Featured is a great old advertisting piece. This yellowware jug. Decanter or ewer has its original stopper and was made for advertisement purposes for the Armour Company of Chicago which was established as a meat processing company in 1863. I am not sure of the age of this piece but I believe it was made prior to the 1930's at which time a star( was added to the logo. It is in good condition with the exception of a small chip on the very lip of the pouring spout and a small chip near the base. There exists some minor glaze pops that would have occurred during production of the piece and at the very bottom. It measures approximately 8 3/4 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches at the bulbous mid-section of the body to the handle. The base is 3 3/4" It is ... morenot marked so I don't know the maker. Antique Primitive Stoneware Salt Glaze Sexy Brown Milk Pitcher
This 7" tall pitcher has the handle coming from the lip in a continuous flow. It is a wide mouth and a curvy body. Which is why I described it as sexy. The handle is also formed very crudely and is uneven. There is a slight decoration on each side of the handle of a flower or dragonfly. It is hard to see because there are so many layers of glaze. The bottom is glazed and has blobs where it has collected on the underneath edge. I think it is very old and a little different. Please contact me if you have any questions. Antique Semi-Vitreous Buffalo Pottery Ceramic Pitcher 1909 Vintage
This antique ceramic pitcher is blue and white in color and features a painted decorative design that is Asian themed. It measures 4.5 inches high by 6 inches wide with the handle. It says Semi-Vitreous Buffalo Pottery 1909 on the bottom. This piece is in very nice condition for it's age. There are two small chips on the inside lip of the pitcher. There is also a hairline crack there as well. There is some wearing of the finish on the handle and the inside appears stained. But this has been washed and the finish seems to be intact. You can see this in the pictures.

White China Ironstone Child Dishes Washbowl Pitcher Set /Salesman Sample (?)
It is amazing that this miniature washbowl and pitcher have survived as children usually played so rough with them. This pitcher has great detailing with a lovely twisted handle and beading radiating down from the lip. The bowl has the same beading along the rim. The pitcher is 4" tall and the bowl is 4 1/4" in diameter. They were originally decorated in a gold and brown/ tan paint. There are remnants of the paint on both items. You could remove the paint with paint remover if you wanted them solid white. There are no markings on the pieces so I am not sure of the age. The china or ironstone is fairly crudely made as is typical in dishes made for children. The inside of the bowl has a circular line and an open fissure but it still rings when pinged.

Very ornate shell style pitcher and bowl set. Nice pearl tone glaze. Very large size and typical of the Victorian Era. Pitcher is 11 3/4" tall x 10 1/2" long x 8" wide. No chips. Cracks or breaks. Normal age related wear to the gold finish handle. Bowl is 17 1/2" long x 14" wide x 4 1/2" deep. NO chips, cracks or breaks. Normal wear to the bottom inside the bowl where the pitcher has been resting for a very long time. The only identification marks I found wast he number 20 impressed on the bottom ofthe pitcher. Blue Spongeware Stoneware Pitcher 40 Ounces Excellent Condition 6" by 5 1/2"
One of the nicest I've ever seen spongeware pitchers. The blue sponge decoration is on a slightly off-white ground. The pitcher is 6" tall by 5 1/2" across including the handle and holds 1 1/4 quarts or 40 ozs. There are no marks on the pitcher and it is in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks, or repairs just some light water stains on the base. You would be looking for a long time in order to find one better. Buyer pays $12.80 shipping in the continental U.S.A.
