It features extensive hand-carved painted and gilded decoration, including three-dimensional canopied figures of saints, tracery with trefoil, quatrefoil and fleur-de-lis motifs, and reticulated door and drawer fronts. Drawers and doors are lined with red fabric which likely dates from the early twentieth century or even earlier. There is a minor loss to the horizontal molding at the front/right corner, but no other serious losses. It has two upper cabinets and one lower cabinet each behind single doors, plus four drawers. It has a width of 49.5" ... moreand a depth of 31.5" The kneehole height is 27.25" to the bottom of the cross board and the width is 29" The bottom section of the desk has four small drawers on the right side with a pullout writing surface above it. The right side has two small drawers above a larger file drawer. The divider board in this drawer is broken. There is also a pullout writing surface abov this bank of drawers. Only one of the other six drawers has a divider section in it. The remaining pieces are missing. There is a locking mechanism on the bottom section. It is a little sticky. All of the drawers have decorative fan style handles made from wood. The top section has various sized cubbies and only one drawer. There are two pencil trays that hang at the center and the section above these trays pulls out to reveal hidden trays as well. The roll top on this is in great condition and slides up and down smoothly. This section also locks with the original key. There is a vintage metal pencil sharpener attached to the top right side of this. There are age and use appropriate imperfections. Scratches, dings, and dents on this that enhance the character. There is what appears to be an inkk stain on the top and there is also some stains in the drawers. There is also age darkening to the wood. Antique Oak Dresser with Mirror and Glass pulls
This is for an antique wooden dresser. It is 37 1/2 inches wide 19 1/2 deep and 69 tall. It is in ok condition. I do not know its age or maker. It has nice glass drawer pulls but 1 of the pulls has a broken edge. The mirror is nice beveled and ornate. This does need some work but well worth the money. For sale is an old(antique? dresser with a beveled mirror and curved drawer fronts. The dresser has been sitting around for a while and the top of the dresser is in rough condition. The mirror is also held together and needs to be secured in its frame. I would say this item is more for display than it is for functional use. But it can nonetheless be used. The dresser top is in rough condition but it is a beautiful piece. The feet look like they are hand carved and the drawer fronts are curved as seen in the attached picture. You are winning a Rare Victorian Antique Wood Shaving Mirror or Vanity. Dresser. It has carved into it the fleur de lee symbol of royalty. It may have belonged to a member of the royal nobility. Antique Oak Larkin Bureau / High Boy
Antique bureau/ high boy. I believe it is oak. But I am not positive. I was told by an antique dealer that it is a Larkin, but there are no stickers or marks on the back to prove it. Great carved detail on each drawer. The top surface has some wear to it, but it is not noticeable unless looking very close. The white shown in the picture is paper towel stuck in the very small cracks. The four bottom legs have wheels for easier maneuvering. Size is about 4' tall x 2' 9' wide x 1.5' deep. There is a small lip on the back at the top, which I previously used to rest an antique mirror when it was up against a wall. It looked great, and put use to the lip, where there was originally supposed to be an attached decorative piece.

This has been in our home for about 5 years now. We have 2 grandchildren and it's time for a set of bunk beds. So it's got to go. It's in very good condition. My husband and I are downsizing. It is in excellent condition. The mirror is a separate piece from the table but I am selling them together and they are original to one another.
