Description: First half 19th C. Italian miniature chest. Beautifully hand painted, etched mirror of woman figure, all original paint with little restoration. Has not been refinished. Original patina. From the Estate of Harry Lachman. Measures Approx. 17.5" wide x 14.25" deep x 59" tall Condition: Great condition for age. Appropriate wear, some chipped and worn paint, no broken glass. Late 18th early 19th Century Inlay Inlaid Wood Secretary Antique Desk Furniture/
You don't see them like this anymore. This must have taken months to complete. It was passed down for generations to a friend and he gave it to me for helping him move. UNBELIEVEABLE WORK. I have never seen one this nice before. Please notice that due to being over a 200 hundred years old it does show signs of wear and cracking in places. He told me that he believes it is from the 1700's so if you know anything more about this please let me know.
