We are selling our vintage wood carved dresser mirror because we recently moved from an 1898 Victorian home in Pennsylvania to a much smaller home in Louisiana. So we had to downsize much of our furniture. THE CRACKS SHOWING IN THE ONE OF THE IMAGES IS THE REFLECTION OF THE GROUND IN FRONT OF IT, not cracks in the mirror. Although this was commonly placed on top of a dresser(it swivels front and back to get the angle that you'd prefer) We actually had it hung on a wall in our entry way over an antique blanket chest and it looked GREAT! Consider using it for a wall hanging. You can see by the images that it is a beautifully wood carved mirror. The mirror has begun to show aging by browning a little. But it still has a beautifully reflective surface. I did some research on it and it is circa late 1800s to early 1900s. You are winning a Rare Victorian Antique Wood Shaving Mirror or Vanity. Dresser. It has carved into it the fleur de lee symbol of royalty. It may have belonged to a member of the royal nobility.
