This is a vintage primitive woodenware serving tray that makes a great display! Measures 13" across and is 9 1/2" deep. The picture looks to have been painted on in 1953 and is signed. I believe the tray is quite a bit older than that. All paint is intact. there is one thin wood crack on the back left outside of the tray- does not travel through the wood to the inside. ANTIQUE 19TH C DOUGH BOWL CAESAR SALAD WOODENWARE FOOTED STAND HAND TURNED NR
Enjoy this great find which I purchased at an antique store in Pennsylvania. The owner told me that originally this was a 19th Century dough bowl. After careful examination I feel the legs were added at a later date. Probably still for use as a dough bowl, but it is reminicent of a restaurant Caesar salad bowl, and that is what I've used it for. With a wonderful warm patina, the three legs are sturdy and strong and level, making this stand securely. Almost a piece of furniture with an artistic feel. Notice the bowl has a gentle curve of the top rim and has hand-turned marks on the bottom. The three screws show through the top of the bowl and there is one small drilled hole near the rim, probably from when this bowl hung up on a wall-see pic#6. Scarce Antique Ludington Woodenware Square 1lb. Butter Mold, Old Kitchen Utensil
This auction is for a wonderful old square one pound butter mold made by the Ludington Woodenware Co. of Ludington. MI. Henry B. Smith established the company in 1883 making a number of products that included butter molds. Like most companies that made molds the majority were round, but Ludington also made this unique square mold. Made of maple wood the stamp is 3" sq. with the case being 3 3/4" sq. and 3 5/8" H. It has a distinctive and decorative 1/4" band carved in relief around the case. The pattern is the"Flower on Stem" The case and stamp are in very good condition with no cracks. When these sold new they went for about 50 cents apiece. If you haven't been a customer of mine before; I offer unique to rare quality primitives at modest starting prices and I like to group items to save my customers on ... moreshipping costs(because I normally undercharge for shipping costs I generally can't afford to provide combined shipping) I try to sell old items dating prior to 1950 and generally prior to 1930. It has decoratived carved leaves. And branches. It measures about 10" high and 4" wide. One little leaf near the bottom has a little tip chipped off and some scratches. A great addition for Easter! Huge 17.75" Signed Munising Woodenware Wood Dough Mixing Bowl
Up for auction is this lovely vintage solid wood dough mixing bowl. It was made by the Munising Wood Products Co. in Munising. Michigan on the shores of beautiful Lake Superior. Bowl measures a large 17 3/4 inches by 16 1/2 inches. Bowl height is 6 1/2 inches and has an inside dept of 6 1/8 inches. Bowl thickness is 1/2 inch. Weight of bowl is just under 5 pounds. The bowl is in extremely good condition. It is free of cracks. Splints or damage. We are not positive on the type of wood but believe it to be maple. It has a wonderful patina and is not polished or painted. You can see some of the Munising mark on the bottom of the bowl. Vintage Rio Grande Woodenware Bowl Stamped and with most of the original label the artists initials are under the label. According to the information printed on it hand painted fruits. Vegetables and pottery on sides it measures 13 3/8 in x 12.9/16 inch these old bowls will shrink along the grain line. And this one has done that it is made of solid Maple there are no cracks in the wood the painting is still in great condition there are a few spots of missing paint but not enough to affect the integrity of the design this bowl was varnished when it was made it has not been used as a salad bowl since the varnish is intact except a little along the top edge

13.75" X 12.75" Signed Munising Woodenware Wood Dough Mixing Bowl
The bowl is slightly oblonged over time. The Maple has major birdseyeing throughout the entire piece. The finish has been all worn off. Munsing signing on the bottom. The Munsing web site tells me that it was turned between 1920-1930. The bowl has 1/2" lip around it. Very nice. The bowl is about 3.75" in depth. The flash on my camera is not great.Bowl is not light in coler as the last pic shows.

This is an antique turned wood cup or chalice. It stands about 6 3/4" tall and is made of Lignum Vitae wood. With a nice feature running up the stem. There is an age split in the base and it is warped as shown. The carving is uneven and lopsided. Perhaps the was an apprentice's early attempt. Here's a very nice old. Vintage or antique wood frame and metal washboard we received recently with some estate items. This one is probably from the early 1900's to 1930's don't think much newer. It is in nice overall condition though a little wood treatment would help bring out the details of the wood a little better. The maker was Badger Woodenware Co. USA and there are other markings"Quick Work" and the model seems to be W1353. The top piece of wood attached is hinged at the edge so that can come to rest at a downward angle on either side of the board when it is being used. We try to show this in the pictures. The washboard is 26 inches tall with that piece in the upright position or 24 inches tall with it tipped down in the work position. The piece is about 12.25 inches wide and about 3 inches deep when measured ... morewith the top piece down in the work position. No damage noted, should make a nice medium to large sized decor piece though it appears suited to continued use for those who enjoy doing things the hard way. Nice. That's about it. Up for auction is a wonderful highly collectible Hall pottery tea pot. T-Ball pattern, model number 3274. This piece was recently found in a Chicago, IL estate. It is found in good to very good used condition, free of any cracks or chips. It came with a round footed woodenware trivet. I'm not sure if it originally came with this piece, but was with it in the estate, so it will be offered with this tea pot. There are two pockets, one on each side, best seen in photos#1-2. Three Vintage Woodenware Primitive Dough Mixing Wood Oblong Lemon Shape Bowls
This is for Three Vintage Woodenware Dough Mixing Oblong Bowls. They have been used and have some minor scratches dings& dents and cracks. If flat on table. The smallest bowl is 1 3/4" tall& is 8 5/8" by 8" oblong shape. The smallest bowl also has the painted red& black bottom other bowls not painted. The middle size bowl is 2 1/4" tall and is 10 3/4" by 10 1/4" oblong shape. The largest bowl is 3 1/2" tall and 14" by 13" oblong. This is the bowl with the burnt bottom& missing handle? but has the hole on one side of bowl and what looks like handle marks on the other side of bowl. Very unique item worth adding to a collection. They are not marked by the maker. Good info always welcomed. The shipping weight is 4-5 pounds.

J. shepherd Parrish Company. 2 Wood bowls and 3 utensils. Sticker says From out of Americas past comes hardwood from J. Sheppard Parrish Comp. Chicago. Ill. Manu. in Holbert. Mi. heart of hardwood country. The Parrish company was founded in 1800s and closed in 1930. Haedwood items in solid cherry. Maple,and oak, made by J. Sheppard Parrish, are the only solid hardwood items found today. Truly a find for collectors. Painters, craft and hobbyists. Bought and packaged in 1982 by Hubes Glass City Fayette, Ohio. Packaging has some places that the plastic is pulling away from the paper. Has one small hole in plastic under utensil but you cant see it unless you look from the side of packaging. Spoon might have some discoloration. Can't tell if its just the wood or if its lightly stained. These are very hard to find. Shipping is for lower 48 ... morestates. Others please ask for price.
