Vintage ALL Metal Coleman Cabinet Drawers Dividers Lamp& Lantern Parts Keeper Beats the metal ones with plastic drawers! Close to 10 pounds. 11.5"D(without measuring handles) x 10"W x 10"T. Each drawer has 12 compartments when divided by the metal dividers.When it came after I bought it on eBay. Some short dividers were left flat inside the drawer so longer items such as generators could be laid in place. Stickers are inside and label residue is on the front of some the drawers too. There is normal metal to metal rubbing that goes on with the drawers and the runners inside the cabinet. There is a small dent on the top, left front side of the top. About the only"funny" thing you may notice if you look at the pictures, is that I might not have allowed who put the cabinet together to work on my Coleman equipment. ... morelol:o) I will ship multiple items to a single buyer if under 15 days. I have three(3) Coleman parts cabinets I will be posting so start winning all the parts to store in the cabinets. Like I have done for for over ten(10) years. This is a wonderful old piece- I believe it to be about 1920 It has 2 handkerchief drawers on the top. There are 2 drawers side by side and below those. 2 large drawers. The drawer pulls are wood. There grooves in the 2 small drawers and in the bottom drawers. On the sides of the chest. There are grooves again, nice detail. When it is upside down the bottom is the bottom of the last drawer. Only one side of the center drawer is dovetailed, it was easier and cheaper to make that way. The salesman had the one corner as an example to show his customers. Condition: Really very good. There are no splits in the outside wood. A couple of the drawers have wood ... moresplits(inside) The corner of the back right facing leg was broken off. But it looks like someone shaped it. It is not noticeable unless you compare the sides. There is a stain in one drawer see photo. All of the drawers slide easily. It needs a good cleaning. Look at all the photos and ask questions. Here is an absolutely gorgeous early to mid-twentieth century English mahogany wardrobe by the fine furniture makers F Wrighton& Sons. Complete with their very distinctive marked key. The cabinet of this wardrobe incorporates beautiful wood veneers including crotch mahogany front doors and lovely side panels. This delightful Queen Anne style cabinet has a shell motif at the top and spoon feet along with classic design and craftsmanship. This piece was somewhat difficult to photograph due to the reflective nature of the high gloss finish so please pardon the reflections. but I believe I've included enough pictures to show how just lovely this wardrobe is, and free of any major scratches or damage to the finish. Federal Server 3 Drawers Mahogany Veneer Square Tapered Legs Key C. 1875
Stunning period server. Fresh out of a local New England estate. The piece sits on four lightly tapered square legs. There are three drawers, as well as a gorgeous Mahogany top. The largest drawer features a pierced backplate. And has its original key. The locking mechanism still works. The backplate is surrounded by Neoclassical ring pulls, in a gold tone, which are repeated on each of the smaller drawerfronts. The server is in good estate condition. There is some staining to the legs. As well as a few nicks from wear. The drawers slide smoothly in and out, and feature hand finished dovetail construction, supported by small nails. The veneer has some wear to it, and there is a crack by the backplate of the largest drawer. This is purely cosmetic, and does not affect the structural integrity of the piece. Our Williamsburg/John Selden attribution comes from viewing similar chests on the internet. This piece was purchased from a Norfolk, VA. estate. Please view the link provided for more information. And, you can use google to find similar pieces attributed to John Selden for sale at a gallery in PA for over $30K. To find the one at the PA gallery.you'll need to type"John Seldon chest of drawers"the spelling is wrong at that site. This link shows the bottom of the clothes press and the similarities in our chest. Mostly original. The finish was probably done sometime ... moreago. The bail handle pulls appear to be original with the exception of the one replaced rosette. The pull on top drawer left side looks to have been moved a fraction of an inch. Also. It's identical to the other pulls but it looks a little smaller than the others, so it might be a replacement. Full dustboards(we realize full dustboards is more of an English feature but if you research this link you'll find that John Selden used full dustboards as well) and they are undoubtly a Virginia feature, Norfolk, Petersburg, Williamsburg. This is an 18th Century European chest that we have been told is of Dutch origin. The chest stands approximately 41" high. It is 44" wide and 23 3/16" deep. The chest has four working drawers with polychrome painting. The painted design looks absolutely stunnning with minimal losses appropriate for age and use. The chest is painted so the floral motif lines up when the drawers are closed. A deep green backdrop provides a stunning foundation for the vibrant golds. Reddish orange and light green floral scroll design. The original brass hardware on this piece is absolutely stunning. The handles and keyholes have a winged serpent/phoenix behind them. There is a crack to the top that has a repair underneath with three boards. There are cracks to the sides as well. These do not affect the structural integrity of the piece. Walnut Maple Antique Vintage Chest Depression Era Drawers & Glove Box Sheraton
1700- 1800's Sheraton chest/ dresser. Two toned wood. Hand carved and just a beautiful piece. I think it may be walnut and maple but could be mahogany too. Exquisite piece with the beautiful designed front and glove box on the top. This is one of the most beautiful pieces I have seen! I don't know the maker because I don't know alot about furniture so can't answer too many questions. If I guessed by looking at other ones listed on ebay it looks like a Sheraton but I don't know how to really tell for sure. But here is a description of Sheraton furniture and it is exactly like this chest with the marketry and different woods and straight and tapered legs. The chest is almost certainly from the Boston area and has four graduated drawers over two short drawers, a molded top, and straight bracket feet. The hardware is period and possibly original, though there has been at least one other set of hardware on the chest in the past. Secondary wood is pine throughout. It has been refinished but has a nice warm honey color. Three of the four long drawers have their original locks. All the wood is original with no major repairs or restoration. American Queen Anne Oak Chest of Drawers Circa 1720 Description: An early 18th century American Queen Anne oak chest of drawers. Circa 1720. The chest features an old(possibly original) finish with gorgeous patina, quarter round molding, and panelled sides. It has Queen Anne period brasses though it may have originally had William and Mary style drop pulls. The bracket feet are original. The carcass is cedar and pine. Drawers are white oak. We think this is probably from the mid-Atlantic states, possibly Virginia. It is 37 1/2" wide by 21" deep by 36 1/2" high. Condition: Very good overall. The biggest issue is replaced pulls and backplates on the bottom drawer. All locks are intact though the chest does not have a key. Antique Federal style mirrored dresser or chest of drawers dating from the early 1900's. Stunning flame mahogany veneers grace the surfaces of this piece and are decorated with intricate contrasting inlay. An inlay medallion of a lamp has been placed atop the swivelling mirror. Two smaller locking drawers are aligned over four larged drawers. Providing ample storage space. All the drawers are made with high quality dovetail construction. The entire piece is raised off of the ground by short tapered square legs sitting on brass and wood casters. Overall. This piece is in very good condition. There are some drip marks along the top edge of the mirror(from glue or wood finish, see picture) but no cracks or other damage. The wood has some wear associated with age, including chips and minor breakage to the veneers or inlay. See pictures. Antique American Miniature Chest of Drawers Hand Painted Decoration Early Doll
This middle 19th century chest is crafted of ash and walnut with thin pine wood backing and square nail construction. It measures 12 ¼” tall x 13 ¼” wide x 7 ½” deep and has lovely turned walnut knobs and lively side cuts at the base. The top and drawer faces feature red striped edges framing free-hand floral decoration in red and green under an original layer of golden varnish. The drawer fronts are excellent; the top has a split along the back edge. Round water marks and wear to the paint. This chest is fresh from a northern Indiana estate and has un-touched dirty surface. I don’t think the surface has been enhanced since the 1800s but you will note numerous round, wire nail repairs along the back rabbet into which the back slips with some splits and wood loss. Painted Primitive Pine Chest of Drawers with Grapes
We are offering a wonderful old primitive painted chest of drawers. I believe the piece is made of pine. It is grain painted and has painted grapes and gold scrolling over each drawer. There is some wear to the piece as would be normal for a piece of this age. Which is from the 19th century. The paint color is still very bright and beautiful. The drawers slide in and out quite well. It appears to originally have had two glove boxes on the top but they are no longer there. We have done no restoration to this piece other than cleaning.
