Keeper, and lift sets in this Victorian era Eastlake style lot. The cast iron items are unmarked by their manufacturer, but they are very ornate and functioning. There is an extra keeper and lift in this lot, so all that is missing to make 5 complete sets is the sash lock mechanism. The locks measure 2 9/16" long by 1 3/4" wide when the keeper and lock are attached. The lifts measure 1 1/2" long by 1 5/8" wide, they have usage wear, and one is slightly bent. This is a set of 4 Beautiful antique window sash lifts. Might be Eastlake. They are in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I leave any cleaning to the buyer. The back is stamped with some logo and the# 7057. I can't be sure. They appear to be bronze and maybe copper on the back. A beautiful rope design and beveled edges. They look like they have been lacquered or oiled. Thanks for looking.

2 Antique NOS East Lake Victorian Cast Iron Window Sash Lifts Pulls w Screws
You are bidding on a Set of 2 Antique NOS? Cast Iron East Lake Victorian Window Sash Lift Pulls- 2 Piece with Screws. The lift with the spring hook measures 1 15/16" across and about 1 1/2" tall at the tallest point. The springs are very strong and work well on both hooks. The bottom part with the receptacle hook measures 1 7/8" across and 3/4" tall. Both hooks come with 4 screws possibly original. They possibly have never been used- NOS. They have a great East Lake design. All 4 parts are marked on the back 626. These are black and gold with a little of the black flaking off on the back. These Antique Window Hardware pieces came from a lovely 1910 house. There is one complete Window Sash Lock. Two pieces that are parts of Sash Locks and 3 Window Lift pieces. The Sash Lock measures 3" wide x 2 5/8" deep and 1 1/8" high. The Pulls or Lifts are 1 5/8" wide x 1 1/2" deep and 3/4" high. The two Sash pieces are 2 1/2" wide x 3/4" deep and 1 1/8" high. Sash lifts-full NOS box of 25, Antique Copper/Japanned finish.
A full box of 25 sash lifts with screws(2 for each lift) 3" long by 1.5" wide. These are Sargent's Tarlton design and are in beautiful condition. The Antique Copper finish was popular from around 1890-1930s and is a finish that was almost always applied over steel and thus is rare to find in excellent condition due to the steel showing rust over the decades. A periodic smear of linseed oil is recommended in order to prevent that. They still have their original paper wrappers and I've opened a few to check that the screws were there but haven't opened them all. So I'm assuming they are as I did count them and it appears that the lifts had never been taken out of their box. The pic shows 12 lifts but there are 13 below those.
