It's very heavy and beautifully carved with tusks up the legs and around the top, and the legs resemble trunks. It isn't flawless and has wear from age and use including a chip at the top of one of the legs as shown in pictures 8, 9, and 11. There are some red stains, perhaps can be removed but we didn't try in order not to compromise the finish on the wood; I noticed them when looking close. The most noticeable spot of red can be seen by zooming in on picture 7. Although it's in good condition, you might want to glue and tighten up some of the seams. It is 17-1/2" in height x 13" across the top x 16" across the legs. It weighs a glorious 19 lbs. It stands 29” high with the marble in place and the ¾” thick marble top measures 15” x 20” Condition: The base top is slightly loose though it isn’t as noticeable when the marble is placed on the base due to the weight of the marble. The finish is original and in very good condition considering age. The wood shows minor signs of age and wear and is in very good condition. There are no chips. Authentic Antique Louis XV Italian Marble Top Table
This is an authentic antique Louis XV table with a beautiful(and heavy) marble top. It is from my private collection and has been in my family for many years. The wooden frame of the table is very sturdy and the marble is in excellent condition(not cracked or scratched. Etc. The underside of the table has some thin wood peeling but you would never be able to notice it without physically looking under the unit. The peeling doesn't affect the stability of the piece- it is definitely in usable and presentable condition. The table is located in Brooklyn. NY and is available for free local pick-up. Antique vintage angel/cherub/putti column black marble table The columns or pedestals are old concrete angels. They are not attached to the marble or stone top. They do have some damage. One has a large piece missing from the top back. It is not noticeable when the top of the table is on. The black top is not perfect either. It needs to be cleaned well. I just don't have anything to properly clean it. Antique VICTORIAN MARBLE TOP PARLOR TABLE Walnut Base Lamp Stand Eastlake Style
Beautiful walnut marble top stand. Center table, lamp table with a great base. The top shape is unusual. It is flat on the long sides and has an architectural curved shape on the ends. Wood base matches shape of marble. Marble is not attached to base. Both pieces are original, no screws, no broken pieces, minor fissures from age. Stable, sturdy base. There is a fissure on the very bottom underneath in the center. Original to piece as it's been repaired with a nail that matches all other nails. No chips on the corners of the marble. One small fissure in one corner. Like a shallow chip. Does not distract from piece. Two very small scratches next to this. Normal slight surface scratches normal for a piece this age. Base is smooth to the touch. No rough areas. Base(top) measures- 20" by 13" Base of feet are 12" apart. All four ... moresides. Chinese Chow Foot Table with Marble Top and Brass Grates. Possible antique, I don't know where it is from or how old it is. I am hoping that someone that knows more about it will find it and bid. The black marble inset is removable. It has slight wear on the legs and corners. It stands 14 inches tall and is a 21 inch square.

Condition, flaws, dimensions and usage that this piece has gotten over the years. Thank you! Antique French Cherry& Dark Wood.Very Ornate, 3-Drawer Side Table with Inlaid"Floral" Marquetry work and GORGEOUS very hard to find Rose Marble Top. Made in France is painted on the underside of marble and also the top of the table. This is a superb piece whose value only increases as the years go by. I've seen pieces not nearly as nice as this one go for thousands. Incredibly! The drawers have"key holes" for a"skeleton key" but no keys and I don't think it was meant to actually function with locks. Although. The inside DOES have a lock looking mechanism ... morein the front of each drawer. I was never one to tally in locks and didn't care to investiage. Who locks drawers anway? Legs have lovely iron engraved attachments on them, such a pretty feature! I purchased this table many years ago at a very good auction house for over 1400.00 after all the buy ins. My high bid was between 1000/1500. But of course there were a few other people who wanted it.and of course that made me want it more.lol.I"had to have it"lol I was pleased it didn't hit 1500.that was my cap! lol. Fourteen hundred plus bucks. And a very satisfied grin later. I was on my way home with the piece: I've never looked back. Sometimes we regret spending money. But this wasn't one of those times. I've always loved this one and right now I need to sell some furniture because I am downsizing as well ans money is very tight. Sometimes you just have to let things go and give it new life. I know this would look lovely in someone else's home, just as it did in mine: FLAWS: There are some scratches and a piece of wood missing here and there and the back has a crack in it.
