PAIR OF 19C FRENCH PAINTING WATERCOLORS SUCCESSFUL FISHERMAN 1 OF 2 PAIRS NO RES This listing is for a pair of 19th century French watercolors of successful fisherman. I as a fisherman can also relate to these paintings! Each painting measures 12 1/2 by 10 inches or 32 cm by 25 cm. The watercolors themselves measure 6 by 4 inches or 15 by 10 cm. Both are signed by the artist Ernest Girset(1844-1907) The first picture shows a pair of Gentleman fisherman successfully landing a large fish. It is a sunny day. The fish is large and both are content. The second picture shows an even happier fisherman. He sits contentedly with his line in the water and a large bottle of wine in his pack. By the look and color on his face I don't believe he is caring if he catches a fish or not. he has definitely been in the wine! Speedplay X-1 Titanium Pedals with two pairs of cleats
This item is a pair of used Speedplay X-1 Titanium pedals along with 2 pairs of slightly used Cleats. The pedals are in good condition and have not been used very much. As these pedals get used. They will wear a groove in the titanium axle about a 1/2 inch from the pedal head. These pedals show very little wear. I have included two sets of cleats along with all of the hardware. Both pair of cleats are in excellent shape and have no flat places on the springs. One pair of cleats has very little wear and has about 90% of the bronze color on it. The other pair has about 80% of the original bronze color showing. I have a speedplay grease gun and have greased both pedals. If you have any questions don't hesitate to sent them to me.

The heading says most of it- the three-halfpenny is the paler shade. SG 91a, and as the scan shows, there is a sheet as well as a plate number. The stamps are unmounted, with light hinging in the margin under the plate number. The 2d, which is from the bottom of the sheet, has hinge remains on the right-hand stamp. In original, as-found condition Includes one pair of a full head view– very rare in this size of cameo! When Mt. Vesuvius erupted in 1872. The master cameo carvers from Rome and Naples found a new& exciting material to use creating their sought after cameos for the Europeans flocking to Italy during the GRAND TOUR of Victorian times. The lava was extremely challenging for all but the masters of their craft and afforded them new colors and minute details to the carvings that shell did not allow. The lava cameos from this era range in color from dark slate gray and natural browns, all the way to light tan and shades of white. These cameos were demonstration copies meant to help customers choose the style and size ... moreof their cameos that would then be carved to order. Two of these three pair are numbered on their reverse- 9 and 6- that would have been their style numbers. The size of these 3 pairs is approx. 20mm by 16mm for the larger 2 pairs to 19mm x 16mm for the 3rd pair. Two pair are a soft olive color. One pair is a tan or khaki color. The condition for these lava cameos is vintage- AS FOUND. Having said that. Any noticeable chippiness is confined to the platform edges and that is very minor& would be covered by a bezel if they were to be mounted. The lady facing right in the smaller pair has had a minor hit to her nose. The cameos may have flecks of white lava appearing on their surface. Two are outlined in red crayon that a salesperson would have used to show how much would be covered with a mounting. WE HAVE NOT ATTEMPED TO CLEAN THESE PIECES. Note that the 3/16" pair has some light surface rust on them(picture#7 above shows the worst rust) The other pairs do not have any rust on them. The etched floral pair measure 1 1/6ths by 3/4s and the tie clip measures just under 1 1/2 by just over 3/8ths. The triangle pair measures 7/8ths along the sides.
