A Large Antique Bronze House Name Sign Plaque-ST.ANNES-c1890.
This large Antique Bronze House Name Plate Sign measures approximately 16x7 inches and weighs approximately 1.120 kg. It requires a good polish in order to really optimise its appearance. And has 4 holes in order to mount. I would date the Sign to around 1890 or thereabouts. It is slightly mis-shapen. But I think that once it is mounted this should not be a problem. A super finishing touch to any home.

Vintage cast traction/bus engine name plate/plaque - Notts & Derbys

Fantastic vintage aluminum house address/name plaque with a Irish Setter as shown. This is oxidized and has paint loss. Could easily be touched up No cracks or structural damages or repairs that I can see. From Haines City. Fl This measures approx. 16 inches wide by 16 inches tall. A rare find.

Antique silverplate door name plate plaque MILLICHAMP mansion COVINGTON KENTUCKY
HEAVY Circa 1870-80 Victorian engraved silverplated brass door name plate from the John W. Millichamp Mansion in West Covington KY. Which was located at 17 Bond St. I looked up some info online and this address no longer shows up, but Bond St does. There is a sheet of paper dated 2-04-76 with some history of the piece. John W Millichamp was a wealthy prominent builder who built many of the historic structures in Covington KY. He also sat on the Board of the Forest Hill Building and Loan Association. This piece came from an antique shop in Louisville KY last week. Very cool. It is very heavy and measures 9 3/8" X 4 1/4" There is wear as expected to it and silver loss.

Heavy Antique metal name plaque with 'CASTANEA'in enamel. Brass / Bronze /Copper
PLEASE NOTE-all items sold are Antique/Vintage and used-whilst I try and describe condition to the best of my ability all items are used and sold as such. Heavy Antique metal name plaque with'CASTANEA'in enamel. Brass/ Bronze/Copper? I assume this is a House name? At first I thought the lettering was sprayed on but on close examination it is enamelled- the lettering must be cut into metal and yellow enamel applied flush with surface. S' has some damage/ roughness to top and a couple of other letters have minor wear at edge showing where enamel meets edge. The raised rim/ border is screwed on. Very good quality item. I am not 100% sure what metal it is- it has tarnished as shown with some ver-di-gris. All needs polishing/ cleaning- where I have given it a tiny scratch it looks like Copper and I have polished a tiny surface to rear ... morealso- again looks like Copper but once fully polished may be Brass. I would say 1920s/ 30s/ Art Deco Period. There is a little rough plaster to edge- may have been part of rendered wall? This can be stripped off. Sign is 41.5cm x 9cm and 7mm thich approx- weighs approx 1.170 Kg. Nice period item. Sold as shown POSTAGE UK £7.45. Europe- £12.75. Rest of World- £21.30. See other similar items listed. Vtg. Cast Aluminum Duck in Flight Mounting Address Name Plaque Sign-Daugherty
this sign plaque is made out of cast aluminum. the cast letters are also cast alumi. and are removable. the name daugherty is on one side only but you can put the name on both sides. the goose id attached to the top. some put a clamp also around it i guess to double insure that it doesn't blow off in heavy windy weather. the mounting section is 8 in. long and 1 3/8 in. wide. the arm is 15 1/2 in. long. the sign area is 14 x 4 1/2 in. wide. the goose is 11 1/4 in. tall and 7 1/2 in. wide at the biggest section. the letters are 2 in. tall.
