Offered without reserve is a vintage model no. 77 KampKook Camping Stove from an estate. This stove is the highest quality camp stove I have seen. The top cooking grates are cast iron, they look like what you would see on an antique kitchen stove from the 1920's. It has a large tank with a brass pump on the top, this fits into a slot on the side when using and it then fits inside the stove for transport. There are wire type legs built into the bottom that fold out, inside the stove there is a fold up accordion type stand that can also be used. The stand and stove both have surface rust and all of this equipment could use restoration but with some effort this stove will look great. I first oiled then pumped on the air pump and it is working but the fill seal on the tank seems to be seeping. The brass cylinders both work and do their things but the leather valves are dried out so it doesn't push much air. The check valve is present and from what I know the pump is complete. The gentleman I purchased it from was a long time collector of antique diving collectibles and this was his most cherished piece. All of the parts are original. It had an old restoration almost 50 years ago on the paint and stencil so it looks great and not refinished. The brass has a lovely original soft patina. This old cast iron hand water pump has W&B Douglas and the number 2 on one side and Midd Conn on the other side. Handle moves up and down and there is part of the pumping plunger on the end of the rod as shown in the pictures. Don't know if it could be reconditioned to pump or not but would make a great display piece for your garden or mounted on an old cast iron sink. It measures approx. 15 inches tall. Arm measures 18 1/2" long and from end of spout to end of widest part of handle is 13 1/2" Circle base measures 8" wide. This is a great garden decor piece. But may also be fixed up for useage if you know what parts you need and how to hook it up. Does have vintage wearing as photos shows but no damages but am selling as a decor piece for it is not in working order. Barn fresh and has not been cleaned. The old timer I purchased this from said his father would use this pump to fill the steam engine tractor that they used. You put your foot through the hole in the cast iron base. It is a beautiful piece to look at and made mostly of brass. It still has the rubber seal in the pump so I am sure it works! This was also commonly used as a bilge pump on boats. You just need to pick it up to know that the quality is amazing. The last patent year is 1901. S PECS: The pump body is 2.00" O.D. by about 10" long. Inside diameter(where the plunger moves) is 1.84" I.D. The plunger inside appears to be leather. And is in good shape considering its age. Overall height retracted is 24-1/8" tall, with stroke ... moreextended about 33" tall overall. Nice comfortable two-hand wooden handle is 8-1/2" wide. This item weighs in at a very solid 10 lb 1 oz(4563 g) The water inlet is 2" from the floor, and the water outlet fits the female end of a standard 3/4" garden hose. We did not test whether or not it pumps water- didn't want water inside messing up shipping/padding- but the plunger operates up/down as it should. And one can feel air pressure on the outlet when pumping. But you should assume that it needs work/maintenance to be operational/reliable as a bilge pump on your boat or ship. Pumping action is essentially smooth; probably even more so if some grease were added to the plunger inside- but we've left that to you, if you so choose to do so. If you have any questions. No breaks. Cracks, or old repairs. As you can see in the pictures it is been painted and repainted several times over– it appears that the original color may have been red. For you collectors– this pump is extremely rare. I have only been able to locate mention of one more of these pumps in existence. Little to no information exists about the manufacturing company– we're assuming they were in operation around the end of the 19th century, possibly very early 1900s. Up for bids at auction: Up for bids is this antique cast iron farm well pump. Great patina- ready for display or restoration. Marked with embossed lettering that reads. BECKMAN BROS ~ DES MOINES IOWA" along with embossed parts numbers throughout the pump. Handle raises up and down easily- as you can see in the pictures, one of the ears that holds the handle on was broke off long and ago and repaired, the pump was obviously still used after that. The other ear apparently broke at a later date- nothing recent and was never repaired- All it needs is welded or braized and the pump should be usable. This is for the Antique Vintage Chandler Co. Cast Iron Well Cistern Pump pictured only. This was a recent estate sale find. When I aquired this item something about it just did not look right. After looking it over I realized that it was manufactured without a spout. It is missing the pump rod and since it has no spout there probably should be more to it. But i don't know what it would be. This will not stand up on its own and will need to be supported in some way. This has a lot of surface rust but there are some very small areas where the original red paint is showing through. I have looked this over and everything moves as it should and could not find any cracks, breaks, or welds. This item will be partially disassembled for a safer and more cost effective shipping. Selling With No Reserve! Hi! I have for Auction here an antique Cast Iron Columbiana Pump Co. hand well water pump. Made in Columbiana. Ohio USA. The handle moves good. This could be restored or you could use it for decor. The pump stands about 17-1/2" high. The pump handle is 15-1/2" long. The top will need a different bolt to hold it on as it just kinda sits loosely on top right now. The bolt may come out hard. If it's going to sit somewhere for decor it will be fine just the way it is. This pump is in pretty nice condition. The small part is a part that goes to the inside of the pump. No cracks.
