ANTIQUE Biblical Museum Collection Bible Holy Lands -Olive wood from Jerusalem
Y Y Y You are looking at a specimen called number 6-olive wood from the holy land and a decriptive leaflet telling where and when and why olive wood is so very important to Christians. This I am sure was a part of a much large collection-some of which I will list later in the week. They all came fromt he estate of my grandmother who died at the age of 89 in 1961. As a most pious Christian she attended mass every day of her life(That I knew of since I was born that is. and her house was full of religious artifacts from her travels to various shrines around the world etc.this being a piece of olive wood. It is all wrapped up as it was when she got it-other than that I know very little.she said it brought her good luck.
