Andre Bus Designed Lane Acclaim Drop Leaf Lamp Table Model#900-13 The Lane Company. 1958. I have never come across one of these before great vintage condition with only a few blemishes as shown. I am not compelled to refinish this piece. Measures 28 1/2" wide(Dropped) x 22" Deep x 23" high and is 42 1/2" wide when open. The best way to ship this is via Greyhound station to station I have quoted a price to California as the price- this will ship from Detroit so the shipping to other destinations may be cheaper. Tapered, fluted legs Two drawers Strong. Sturdy Minor wear to top Small white spot to top, Made from a stunning cathedral mahogany. This drop leaf dining table is an impressive piece. When closed it measures 27.5″ wide x 36″ deep and opens up to a full 73.5″ x 36″ Both sides of the table have a working drawer that is made with dovetailed drawer joints and adorned with two brass ring pulls. The legs are a tapered, turned, and fluted leg. The table is very sturdy but does have some minor surface wear ... morein the form of light scratches to the top and one small white spot on the top that is evident in the pictures. Overall this is an astonishingly beautiful drop leaf table that would be great in any dining room or as a side table in any home! This stunning antique mahogany drop leaf table will be perfect in any dining room! Both sides of the table have a drawer like this. Each drawer can be opened with two of these brass ring pulls. The drawers are made with dovetailed joints. Evidence of the skill and attention to detail that went into this piece. With both leaves out at 73.5" long. This would be great for a dining table. One leaf can be raised for a length of 50" With the leaves dropped the width is only 27.5" which means you could easily use this table for a side or lamp table. The top has such beautiful wood grain! Here is the detail of the edge which includes mahogany cross banding and satinwood string inlay. This close up shows an example of the minor surface wear to the top.
