Condition– I am no pro and cannot grade this set. With that said I found; uniform crazing on both items(very pretty) no chips. No cracks. No previous repairs– simply wonderful! Makers Mark– Pitcher is not marked. The bowl is stamped with a name I cannot decipher(part of it looks like Cal? I really cannot tell) The number“1108” and“USA” This is ... moreone of many quality items from the same estate.This estate contained many items verified(some even documented) from the late1800’s thru the late 1930’s– some earlier. This auction is for an Antique LARGE Grape and Lattice Design Pottery Stoneware Brown Pitcher. Stands 9 1/2" tall. It has a few glaze flaws as most of these pieces do. But no chips or cracks. The inside looks white on the photos, but it is much more subdued in real life. Weight is 5 lbs when empty. Exact age is unknown, but I am 59, and I remember my grandmother serving iced tea out of this same pitcher. I remember because I couldn't lift it when it was full as a child. This particular one has no manufacturer markings that I can see anywhere. It stands about 7-3/8" at its tallest and looks to be about a one quart capacity. The midsection of the pitcher has been hand-decorated with six scenes of blue. Pink and green bunches of grapes. It really is quite bright and colorful. The copper luster finish is generally in very good to excellent condition, only showing some light touches of wear at the normal handling spots and in the high-points all around. The only damage is one 1/4" finish flake chip off the left side of the spout, shown in one of the photos- due to the redware clay body, barely noticeable as it sets. Any other questions, just ask. Here is a lovely pitcher for a wash set. It has a wonderful basketweave design in the mold with grape leaves and vines. The leaves are in tones of brown with gold highlights. The size is 11 15/16 inches high. At the handle. 7 3/4 inches from the back of the handle to the spout. Approximately 7 1/4 inches across the bulbous center The base is 4 1/4 inches in diameter. This seems to be a semi vitreous porcelain from the weight. This is a stunning pitcher with typical glaze crazing and only one other minor flaw to mention. For accuracy. There is a slight hairline. Lovely Staffordshire Gaudy Welsh Pink & Copper Lustre Pitcher ~ GRAPE ~ c1840 NR
A Staffordshire Gaudy Welsh Pink& Copper Lustre Pitcher/ Jug c1840 ~ Gaudy Welsh Grape Pattern Molded Pitcher ~ 6 1/2" high ~ 6 1/2" across from handle to spout First Note on this jug: Ignore all the minor imperfections in the enamel and white glaze you see in these pics; this is another of those times I have a piece I love so much and photograph to be horrified by how many little dings show up. That's the good and bad part about very large photos; they will accurately show you what's there but they don't give you a sense of the physical presence of the piece. This small jug looks fantastic on display. It is full of color and lustre, and although it is not a rare Gaudy Welsh variety it is one of the nicest I've owned. The pink lustre frond background is very vivid as well as the copper lustre detail overlay on ... morethe cobalt. As you can see in the pics, the jug is molded in six panels with leafy details on the handle and top rim. There is a tiny bit of discoloration at the very rim of the spout. And there is random flaking to the white pottery; mostly seen on the handle but I wouldn't call any of it disfiguring. There is also wear or flaking to the red enamels on the most protruding parts of the jug, probably caused by bumping into other pieces or rubbing. Overall. Offered is a lovely White Ironstone Table Pitcher in the Grape Octagon Shape. This piece features the beautiful early octagon shape with embossed leaves at the base of the handle. And is trimmed with copper lustre lines. It was produced by Edward Walley in Cobridge, England circa 1845-1856, and retains his mark. This pitcher is in very nice overall condition with no chips or cracks. It has a very tiny flake on the body near the base. And a tight separation from production at the top of the handle(see photos) There is minimal wear or age coloring. This pitcher measures 9 1/4 inches in height and 5 1/2 inches from spout to handle. Antique Grape Designed Pewter Overlay Chocolate Brown Glazed Pottery Pitcher
A chocolate brown glaze(in the style of Alphonse Cytère) pitcher with pewter grape overlay. Circa 1900. The overlay on these pieces are usually fragile as the overlay was typically affixed with a wax-like adhesive that decays over time. Most overlay failed to survive. This vase has its overlay perfectly intact and the overlay is firm. The overlay does have a signature of G. Lavney. The pictcher is approximately 8-7/8" 22.5 cm) x 5" 12.75 cm) depth at its widest point. The pitcher was modeled by hand and is very balanced stylistically.

LARGE BRUSH-McCOY STONEWARE PITCHER EMBOSSED WITH A LT.GREEN GRAPE DESIGN-MINT
Offered at auction is a VINTAGE EMBOSSED STONEWARE PITCHER produced in the period from 1913 through 1918. The manufacturer was probably BRUSH-McCOY POTTERY(Zanesville. Ohio) which changed its name from J. W. McCOY POTTERY CO. in 1911 when George Brush acquired controlling interest. In 1918 the McCoy Family sold their interest in the Brush-McCoy Pottery but it was not until 1925 that the McCoy name was dropped. The main embossed design is an octagonal cameo with a grape leaf and grapes reproduced twice on the alternative sides of the PITCHER. The other design elements are bands of circular lines. Raised dots, and overlapping leaves duplicated near the top lip and at the bottom base. The main color on the design elements is a light to medium green set on a background color of yellowish-tan. CONDITION: MINT shape-almost flawless. This PITCHER ... moreis sturdy as most UTILITARIAN PITCHERS are weighting in at(3 1/2) pounds. It measures about 7 7/16" tall to top of handle. It is in excellent condition overall with no chips or cracks. There are a couple very tiny firing separations near the top of the handle. Done in the making. There is some light brownish discoloration to the foot and to the interior(see photos) Overall looks great. There is no maker's mark. Definitely 19th century. The color in photos is pretty true to actual color. As you probably know, mulberry" transferware varies widely in tint from very purple to nearly black.
