Antique White Ironstone English Pitcher Henry Alcock
This Henry Alcock& Company England Ironstone 1884 pitcher is in perfect condition. I bought it at an antique auction in Western Massachusetts. It is7" high at the spout. 5" wide on 2 sides, 4" wide on front and back(not including handle) Handle has beautiful detail. No cracks, chips or crazing. Looks as good as it did when it was made. Doesn't look like it was ever used.

Offered for sale is a small white pitcher by Henry Alcock& Co. I beleive it's called a milk pitcher. It is simply elegant and would look beautiful with a bouquet of flowers. It measures about 7” inches tall and about 6 1/4” across from spout to handle. The maker's mark on the bottom reads: Parisian Porcelain Henry Alcock& Co. England. This dates the piece between 1861 and 1910. The piece shows normal wear for one its age. There is a tiny chip(~1/8" on the spout and some tiny glaze pops. Please view all of the photos. Henry Alcock& Co. started in 1861. They produced earthenware including white graniteware using the names Ironstone China and Parisian Porcelain for the American market.
