Victorian Heirloom Fine China Painting circa 1890 early 1900 Decorated with floral iridescent luster finish a purple luster center color on top rim accenting. Most of the Gold on rim is worn and the footed base has a slight rocking not perfectly flat minor flaw. There is a jewel-like Necklace Beading around the neck, the Ornate Scrolled base with feet is true Victorian style. See the handle with a beautifully shape detail with openwork.
