This is a lovely antique copper luster(lustre) milk or cream pitcher from the late 1800's.found in a local estate sale and fresh to the market. Clean and simple lines and wonderful deep blue in the colored band. Pitcher is 3-1/2 inches tall and 4-1/2 inches from spout to handle. Mouth is 2-3/8 inches in diameter and base is 2-1/2 inches in diameter. Overall in very good condition.base shows wear and small white area that appears to be leftover from a sticky tag. Minor wear on the copper lustre floral pattern in one area on the blue band. Otherwise. No chips, cracks or other blemishes on this sweet little pitcher.

Antique Copper Luster Pitcher BLUE BAND FLORAL LATE 1800'S EARLY 1900'S
Hi. this pitcher stands 5.25" tall and is about 6.25" across. Needless to say-over the years it has lost some of it's lustre! There are places that the shine is gone but for as old as it is- I thought it was in pretty good condition. Until I looked at the bottom. It has been repaired. The bottom is not the original but has been covered in clay. I would say by the looks of the repair that it was broken when it wasn't very old. Listed is a very nice Antique Pitcher. Made by the Labelle China Co/Wheeling Pottery between 1879-1910. It measures a little over 7" tall and the wide center measures about 5-1/4" wide. About 6-1/2" long from handle end to spout end. It is in very good condition for its age. It does have crazing throughout. Only one small chip near the rim as shown in photo. Beautiful blue color at the rim, fading to creamy white below with a floral design on the sides and at the mouth and gold edging on the handle and on the rim. It stands 7 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" across mouth to handle. FLOWERS AND LEAVES, RAISED DOTS WERE ALL PUT ON BY HAND. THERE IS ONE VERY SMALL CHIP ON TOP, NOT NOTICEABLE. I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT, BUT IT IS HARD TO SEE. GORGEOUS FOR BEING OVER 115 YEARS OLD! APPRASIED AT OVER $300 BY LOCAL AUCTION HOUSE. INFO ON RSPRUSSIA.NET. There are two parts to this mark. A squashed ellipse and an arrow. The former is thought to be a mining symbol, the latter a weapons symbol. Both mining and weapon making were activities at the Lauter forge, which was later acquired by Reinhold Schlegelmilch and converted to a porcelain factory in 1869. Floral blue transfer pitcher and bowl English antique Rd 98690
This what I am assuming is a late 1800s Staffordshire pottery pitcher and basin or wash bowl is in good to excellent condition. It has some crazing in the glaze and a few pops or bubbles in the glazing. When tapped it has a ring to it indicating no major flaws. The bottom of the basin has some flaws or surface cracks in the glaze but is not present on the inside. The pitcher measures 12 inches high and is about 7 1/2 inches wide at the largest diameter. The base is 4 1/2 inches diameter. The spout or top measures 5 x 6 inches. From the bottom of the handle base to the top is 7 inches. The bowl is just shy of 15 inches across at the top and 7 1/4 at the base. It stands 5 1/2 inches tall. Feel free to ask questions. All items normally ship within 24 hrs of payment clearing. For your consideration is a very old turn of the century creamer or small pitcher molded in the shape of a tree trunk with branches for its handle. In the body of the pitcher the bark has been carved away leaving two panels for decoration. The colors move from a cream color at the base to a soft pink at the top. The handle picks up the pink color but has a little brown accent painted on it. One of the panels has blue hand painted flowers in it. The colors are very soft and blend beautifully. Although it is a glazed piece the finish is soft satin. The condition is very good previously owned. There are a couple of small rough spots around the rim and a small scratch in the floral panel. It reminds me of Royal Worcester or possibly Belleek. The pitcher measures 4-3/8” tall and 3-3/4” from handle to spout. The bottom does not have an identifiable ... moremark. It measures about 11" at its highest and about 9 1/14" at its widest including the handle. This pitcher is very clean inside and out. The coloring is a brilliant white and great shades of blue. I do not see any chips. Cracks, crazing or stains. Certainly in good age-appropriate condition. I saw when the basin was broken and rescued the pitcher before it got broken. This set consists of a large bowl with a pitcher,a chamber pot,a handled slop bucket with a lid,a tumbler,and a soap dish with a lid. This is an excellent matching set including a wash pitcher and bowl with rich cobalt blue around the edge and bottom of the bowl and around the top. Bottom, and sides of the pitcher, and blue floral transferred images on the front and back of the pitcher. Both have ornate beaded floral details molded into the edges. They are in excellent condition with no cracks or chips, but there might be very light, faint crazing in spots and there is one tiny speck of glaze missing from the edge of the bowl(last photo) The pitcher measures 12" H x 9" from handle to spout, and the bowl measures 15 1/2" in diameter x 4 1/4" H. Beautiful early antique either Gaudy Dutch or Welsh I think. It is unmarked and is early. The colors are incredibly vibrant. Pink Lustre. Orange and flow blue hand painted in a floral design. It's in good condition for its age. There is an embossed design under the spout. And an amazing decorative handle. It has just a couple of spots where the paint has worn and one can be seen in the first photo. There it a separation inside by the handle that is obviously in the making and is just in the glaze. There is some slight browning on the top edge and on the bottom there is a separation in the pottery on the edge with a very small shallow chip. These imperfections don't stand out by any means. This is a beautiful"large" antique/vintage pitcher and bowl set with pansy flowers and leaves. I do not know the age/decade in which it was made. It is marked"Made in England" and has great colors. The pitcher measures 13.5 inches in height and 9.5 inches wide. The bowl measures 16.5 inches across and 5.5 inches in height. This set has some small crazing in areas and some paint wear around the rim of the bowl and one small bit on handle area. But no chips, cracks or discolorations. Just a gorgeous find that will show well and needs a home.
