One vial is a clear glass vial that has some gold at the top and remnants of a design in gold the length of the bottle. The stopper is stuck and the dauber is broken and lays in the base of the bottle. But pretty on a dresser for display! The other is a wonderful german art glass bottle with the dauber in great condition, NOT BROKEN! Very colorful with lines that glitter. The metal rim at the top shows some discoloration and verdigris but you can still read the"Germany" marking. I have seen some people refer to the gold dauber as bimini glass. Vtg Art Deco Glass Irice W. Germany German Perfume Bottle Lot Atomizer Working
Hello- These are a great vintage perfume bottles in working condition- I used some bulbs of mine for testing. But the one's you will recieve are dried and cracked, you will need to use two working bulbs. They are of similer size- approx. 4" x 4" and should hold at least 6 oz. of perfume. Art Deco Perfume Bottle, Black Glass, Mint Condition, German/Czech, 1900-1940
For Auction: an Art Deco. Black Faceted Glass Perfume Bottle. With original stopper, and silk tassel with matching glass bead. Stands approximately 3.5 inches tall(9 centimeters) and weighs approximately 6.5 ounces. This perfume bottle belonged to my grandmother who brought it to the U.S. with her in 1932. I remember seeing it on her dresser while growing up. So I can vouch for the age of this piece. Since I am approaching 70! She came to the US from southern Germany, via Berne Switzerland. So the bottles origins are somewhere in that area of Europe. It still has a vague scent of the original perfume(kind of flower-like) Hoping to find a good home for it. Maybe yours? Happy Bidding!
