Antique Vintage East Lake Victorian Walnut Wood Pediment 32 3/4" X 9 3/4"
You are bidding on a Vintage Antique East Lake Victorian Wood Wooden Pediment. The piece measures 32 3/4" long and 9 3/4" tall at the tallest point. The top piece is about 2 1/2" thick and the rest of the piece is about 3/4" thick. It has an eye hook on the back for hanging that was there when I got it. It is in overall very good condition. There is some burl on the front although it looks like it might be missing on the left side as you look at it. It is really hard to tell with the dark staining. It shows age appropriate wear but I do not see any cracks. Chips or breaks. There is some crazing on the middle piece and some minor crazing on the right side. The right side looks like the burl is raised on a place about 1" across and 2" tall. This would look great hanging on your wall, above the door or on top of ... morea wonderful victorian mirror. It is old and used and is not in perfect condition. I am not an expert so please examine the pictures and determine condition for yourself. ANTIQUE 19th CENTURY VICTORIAN CARVED WALUT WOOD CREST or FURNITURE PEDIMENT PARTS Two beautiful. Old, Victorian Wood Pieces that go together nicely, and form a crest, or just to use as parts. They are carved from Walnut with very ornate carved flowers and leaves that are carved all the way through. They both have a scalloped top and plain back. This was probably part of a settee or large chair, perhaps a chaise lounge, because it has holes where upholstery tacks were(see photos) Also, on each end there are holes for dowels(the photos show both pieces put together like an arch way(they would have to be doweled again or glued to stay this way) These beautiful pieces of wood each measure approximately 13 1/2" high x 12" across. So, together, they would measure about 24" across. The wood is about 1 3/16" thick. This very ... moredecorative wood is in good condition but would need some refinishing or painting and a little restoration where the dowel holes and upholstery tack holes are. There are the usual minor nicks, from age and use, but no loss to the carving. Two beautiful old pieces of Victorian craftsmanship! Being offered as is and with No Reserve. This pediment is carved with sunflowers and Scottish thistles and with a decorative frilled ribbon flowing the length. Antique 19c. Pediment Architectural Crown Walnut Wood Crest Salvage Cottage Chic
For auction. A 19th-century solid walnut pediment with deeply carved motif. It measures 19 1/2" across the base and about 9 1/2" wide(5 1/4" wide at center. The width is 3" across the top and 1" at the sides. This architectural salvage piece is covered with classical acanthus scrolls and a flower in the center. The wood finish does show lots of wear and there is an old repair on the leaf to the right of the flower, shown best in photo 3. There are two pegs for mounting it, both of which can be removed if desired. The back has a chip that looks like a wood knot broken off: it does not show from the front. Thanks for looking.

Gorgeous Victorian Eastlake Walnut Pediment. Beautiful block carvings on top with floral cut out designs near bottom. Grand old pediment from the turn of the century. I believe this once was a part of an old Victorian bed or mirror as it has 2 screw or nail holes on the back. It is quite large measuring 15 3/4" long x 10" wide(at it's widest) x 2 7/8" thick(at it's thickest) Quite heavy weighing 3 lbs 4 oz unboxed Overall it is in very good condition though there is a chip that has been repaired(see photo 6) but this does not overly detract especially when it is hanging up.
