These are all old casters 4 are marked Bassick with the number 4. The wheels are cast iron and are approx 1 1/4" round. The entire unit is approx 2 3/4" tall. 4 that are wired together are also cast iron and aren't marked. The wheels measure approx 1" round and the entire unit is approx 3" tall. 2 are are wood casters that are approx 1 1/4" round. One has a crack in part of the wheel. all are in good used condition with minor rust.

3 Antique/ Vintage Piano Wheels These came off of an old English Piano from the 1800's I'm pretty sure 2 of them are old and cast iron. The other one may be newer. They all attract a magnet. And yes.my poor old piano was missing a wheel- we kept it up on a block until the day we decided to take it completely apart. For your consideration: 2 Antique Cast Iron Casters/ Wheels from an 1800's English Upright Piano 1 Vintage Metal Wheel also from the same piano but it may be newer. It was on the piano when we bought it 20 years ago. Our poooooor old piano. It was an English upright with a wooden soundboard(I think that's what it's called) anyway- the wood had shrunk enough that no matter what we tried the piano couldn't stay in tune- there was the option of replacing the guts. But it was cheaper for us to replace the entire ... morepiano. We got some fun parts off of the piano and the junk man went wild for all that free iron on the soundboard. I thought he was going to kill himself getting it into the bed of his pickup. We kept the front with the cool candle holders and beautiful inlay- we're going to hang that on the wall in our dining room. Other than that I think this is all that is left of our beautiful old piano. I hope you can use these! Condition: Old. Dirty, rusty. They do roll though. Up for auction are a lot of 16 mixed sizes and types of old furniture casters/rollers/wheels. 8 white porcelain casters roughly measure 1 1/2" in diameter. 4 are 1/2" thick and 4 are 3/4" thick. The two other large white porcelain casters are a 1/2" thick and just a tiny bit larger in diameter. The little white porcelain caster measures 1 1/8" in diameter and 5/8" thick. There are 4 odd wood casters(one has a flat spot) and one iron/steel one. There is another screw smoothing that was in the bag with the casters and one small metal claw that was stuck on a wheel. Cast iron and wood, swivel casters Mounting plate is designed to pivot to distribute/ carry load The only marking on the plate is the number"3" Natural patina. Very old typical condition for period pieces. A number of"bites" on wheels from use. All wheels rotate just fine and pivot just fine. I find 2 small spits in the wood wheel.
