This is a very nice pair of vintage steel adjustable legs. The height adjusts from 21 1/2" to 26" and they are 7" wide x 4" deep at the top and 12 1/4" wide at the bottom. They are in good condition with no breaks or repairs. Some minor surface rust. We also have a similar pair of smaller legs presently listed. The lamp does work. Light switches on and off. Lamp can adjust and move to many positions. The table has a great older green paint around the tabletop edges. Table sits on a wood base. W/cast iron legs to hold it up. The table top is probably an old formica{ top that is ... moresat on a piece of wood. The top formica piece looks like it could be easily removed as it is already somewhat loose if one wanted to replace it or they could possibly reglue it. It is just a thin layer on a thicker piece of wood. You will see signs of paint loss and scratching to the table top as well as stains and dirt wear, formica top has stains, scratching, tiny holes from other items being attached at one time& and other possibble signs of age and use. Table width is 15 1/2" Length is 42 1/2" height is 40 1/2" from floor to top of table. The table legs are cast iron. They are painted black and you will notice some signs of age. Use and wear w/some scratching, possible paint loss, pitting, dirt that would be normal for a table such as this. This was a work table so please expect signs of use. Age and storage. This is a very nice 2 tier or multi tier antique cast iron base that was made by Kenney Bros. Wolkins Inc. of Boston MA. It would make a great stand or end table and was originally part of an early school desk. It measures 29 1/2" high x 23" deep. The base is 11" wide x 16" deep, the bottom tier is 16 1/2" from the floor and is 9 1/2" in diameter, the upper tier is 29 1/2" from the floor and is 10" wide x 8 1/2" deep. They are smaller and skinnier then the legs you will find normally making them perfect for a coffee table or a side table. I gave these legs a quick wipe down with a cloth to remove any loose surface dirt or dust. These adjustable Kenney Bros& Wolkins Boston Mass legs are made of solid cast iron. The height on this set adjusts from 15 ½” at the lowest setting and 20” at the highest setting. The top brackets have a span of 7 6/8” across and each side measures 3 ½” long and is 1 1/8” wide. There are 4 pre-drilled holes in the top brackets. 2 on each side. The bottom has a span of 12” and there are two pre-drilled holes in each ... morefoot. These legs stands on their own. The legs are marked on the front curved leg piece near the bottom with KENNEY BROS& WOLKINS BOSTON MASS and 3L and 3R on the cross bar. Respectively. The top portion of each leg is also marked 3L or 3R, along with No. 7 and lined increments going down with the numbers 6, 5, 4, and 3. The leg that is marked 3L has a manufacturing flaw in the cast iron on the top curved support brace.it is not a crack and is in no danger of coming apart or not holding weight. Here is a very cool item. It is a vintage cast iron machine base. It was originally a base for a Craftsman Planer. It weighs a total of 70 pounds so it will be shipped in two boxes. The measurements are shown in the photos. There are rollers on the bottom. The small stands on the pipes can be moved up and down and turned. The pipes and the small stands are locked in place with set screws. One of the small stands has a small crack. But it will not show up in the photos. Vintage steam punk machine age industrial Victorian table metal legs
This is a salvaged Victorian cast metal base that measures 22 inches wide. 29 1/2 inches tall and 16 3/4 inches toe to toe. This can be displayed with the center support up or down. Whatever your preference is to the stabilizing bar and the vintage beauty of the angle. This has no through rust. Only surface rust was on it. This is heavy and would be rock solid for a marble slab top. This has so much Victorian Gothic character. The base could be coated black or made to look brass. This is not a sewing machine base. Heavy. Ornate and waiting to be refurbished and displayed! There are screw holes top and bottom on the frame so you can attach feet/foot pedestals and a chosen top surface. Item Details Description Set of antique Machine Age industrial table legs. These table bases are about 28-1/2 inches tall. The top mounting area is about 12-1/2" inches wide. The feet of the legs are about 18 inches apart when measured from toe to toe. As you can see from the photos these legs have places for the stabilizer bars which are included. The stabilizer bars bolt through the legs and attach to the bottom of the top. Legs will need to be about 25" apart to use the stabilizer bars on the angle they fit to the legs. You could go longer if desired. One leg gas small crack in the top cross piece by the finial. And there is a casting imperfection(bubble) on the leg just below the cross piece on the same leg. The legs and stabilizer bars have been sandblasted lightly using Q-Rock glass sand. There is some pitting damage to the ... moreone foot but doesn't look bad. Here we have a very nice matching set of 4 older vintage antique cast iron table or Machine base legs. I found these years ago while urban camping in an abandoned factory in New York City that was being demolished and I had permission to strip out. When found they were attached to a wooden top which was in rough condition so I just removed the legs and took it. Looks like it was a table that held parts that they were making. Legs measure about 20 1/2 inch tall, the top is about 3 1/2 inch along each edge. I think they are actually pressed steel but kind of hard to tell, could be cast iron. They have several coats of old paint with some loss and prior coats showing through, might have had an original porcilin finish, in any case they have a wonderful patina finish with a great look now I think. Offered is a pair of steel table legs from some industrial use. These legs can be bolted to any appropriate top to make a heavy table or workbench. I can't exactly date these. But they definitely have some age on them. Each leg is about 33-1/2 inches tall and 27-3/4 inches wide. They are made of formed and welded 1/8 inch steel. The flat feet measure 1-1/2 by 3 inches. The top flange is a little under 5 inches wide. The original light green paint is largely intact. But has light corrosion over most of it. There are a few handling scratches as well. The steel itself has no damage or deformation. The legs have openings for electrical outlets on both sides, and one still has both outlets. Bidding on this ornate cast iron base from the turn of the Century. Has a pulley wheel on the side. As well as a pair of wheels on each side panel. The wood can be removed. The pulley can be removed. The original design has the pulley on the inside of the base. But if you replace two screws with longer ones(you can get at home depot) you can mount on the outside. Measures about 28" tall and 30 inches wide. again the width can be elongated by going to home depot and getting a threaded bar. The item comes dis-assembled. 4 flat head screws(included) hold it in place. the wood sides also 2 flat head screws each panel expect some light surface rusting and the normal wear from an antique that's one hundred years old.
