Here we have a rare pair of antique Machine Age industrial table legs by the Chandler company. I have never seen a pair like these. They are smaller and skinnier then the legs you will find normally making them perfect for a coffee table or a side table. These legs are adjustable up to about 17 1/2 inches tall and as low as about 12 3/4 inches tall. When measuring the feet of these legs from toe to toe these legs are about 8 3/4 inches wide. Up for sale is this incredible industrial stand for a coffee or end table. It's extremely heavy and is all cast iron. It does not have any markings. Other than the number"2" It's adjustable at the fork. With both sides raising and dropping. At the lowest, it measures approximately 16 1/4, at the tallest it measures approximately 19 1/2" It is very sturdy and has screw holes in the base where it can be attached to the floor. Adjustable Heywood Eclipse cast iron/stamped steel base pedestal table chair leg
This pedestal has a cast iron base. And a stamped steel top. It adjusts from 10- 1/2" to 16- 1/2" in height. It is 8- 7/8" across the bottom and the top is about 7" square. Some of the original black finish remains, but there is also some rust. It is marked"Heywood" on one side and"Eclipse" on the other. Also, there is a"3" There are 5 counter sunk holes around the perimeter of the base and 4 in the top. It has no breaks or repairs, but it also does not sit flat(see further description) The height is adjusted by loosening the 7/8" hex head bolt on the upper part of the cast iron base. Moving the top piece, and then re-tightening the bolt. This pedestal was designed to be screwed to the floor. When it is screwed fast. The screws prevent it from wobbling. Steam Punk Coffee Table - Antique Butcher Block Top on Adjustable Cast Iron Base
This Steam Punk coffee table/display bench is created by re-purposing a large piece of what must have been the work counter from an old fabric store as there is part of a yardstick embedded in the front edge of the table. The table is 19" wide by 45.5" long and has an adjustable(by several inches) antique cast iron base that is currently set at a height of 25" Due to the prior use of the butcher block. Apparently as an industrial-type sewing machine table, there were a number of drilled holes, which I have left as part of the piece's history. I decided to use one of the existing holes to wire in a vintage light globe at one end of the table. The fixture can be easily disconnected and removed.
