Antique Victorian House 1860 - 1890 Architectual Drawing Blueprint Floor Plans
Here is a great old find! This is an antique victorian architectural drawing with floor plans and maps for a victorian house. These plans were drawn by Rorison and Key Architects. The plans were for a house on Normal Street in Ypsilanti Michigan for a Mr. De Cue. Each page is drawn on a coated cloth paper with paper maps attached on the back of each page. The maps are property owners names and how many acres they owned. The drawings include a south view of the house. Second floor layout, first floor layout and a basement layout. The drawings are rolled and attached to a wooden dowel covered with a heavy canvase. There are some rips, torn pages and other minor defects. Please review the photos for the item condition. This is an antique item and is not a reprint drawing!

Antique Victorian Fretwork Stick and Ball Architectural Salvage Opera House
This piece of victorian fretwork is salvage from the restoration of an 1890 opera house. It measures 39 by 12 inches. The finish is worn and there are four places that will need repair. One of the balls is split. And the fretwork is broken in three other spots. I tried to capture these defects with the camera, so please look carefully at the pictures. It should be an easy repair. I have used this service several times myself with excellent results. PICKUP LOCATION IS CLARKSVILLE OHIO 45113 BEAUTIFUL matched set of ornate wrought iron driveway gates circa 1800s. Measures 12 feet wide(each half is 6 feet long) The tall ends are 67' tall. Measures 51' tall at the shortest section in the very center of the two gates. Conditon: The gates have been stored in an old barn for a few decades. They are dusty and dirty and ... morerusty. There is pitting but all of the metal is solid. There is one bent shaft on the top and the far right side of the right gate has a bend near the top. I have shown both of these minor flaws in close-up photos. Otherwise no other bends or problems. IT'S WOUND AROUND A WOOD SPOOL WITH HEAVY MATERIAL BACKING AND THE PAPER IS SOME TYPE OF WOVEN MATERIAL, LOOK CLOSELY AT THE FRAYED EDGES! Beautiful Victorian house architectural detailed wood Rosette. Chippy brown and mint green colored paint. Sold as salvaged. Some wood pieces are loose and need to be secured. Some old square nails still in tact. There seems to be a small piece on scroll decoration that is missing. Still solid enough to handle. Wonderful hand made craftsmanship. Great accent piece. Measures a large 21 3/4" in diameter, about 2" thick. Please see pictures for complete condition. Please feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures.
