It is made of a beautifully coloured antique Bristol Green glass- which has a lovely subtle veridian green tone- it has a sparrow beak shaped lip for pouring- and is fluted al around the main section of the body- it has a round foot with old ground down pontil- lovely decorative twisted glass handle(as can be seen in my photographs) No chips. Cracks or damages, except for a little rough edge to one of the ribs on the handle. A few very minor scratches to the surface, extremely small and only seen on close up inspection in raking light, but commensurate with age- certainly not seen on display or in handling. A very good mid 19th century Bristol Green wine glass hand blown with facet cut under bowl and stem. The glass is unusual in that it has a hollow blown faceted stem with large"tear drop" air bubble. This is all in perfect condition and has the expected ground and polished out pontil mark to underside of foot rim. A beautiful shade of green. Good sharp cutting and a superb Victorian example. This set of 6 Victorian wine glasses I think date to around 1880. The bowls have a lovely deep green colour with a clear glass base and are nice quality as seen in the photos, the glasses measure 5 inches high and in perfect condition, it is quite rare to find a set of 6 of these type of glasses

The decanter is in a dark green glass with a metal neck sleeve and a slightly rough pontil. It is in excellent condition for its age- even the cork is good. It measures 8.5" high x 5" wide. Two Victorian Hand Blown Bristol Green Tumblers Here are two Victorian green glass tumblers. The more straight sided one has a polished pontil mark- Condition: both are in fair condition. But each has a small shallow nick to the outside rim- this is not very obvious in the photographs. Which are best viewed supersized. Size: 3 3/4 inches high( 9.5 cm) approx Weight: 107 grammes before packing. Payment must be made within 7 days of winning bid unless other arrangements have been made. In my opinion a 19thc. Early Victorian, hand blown BRISTOL GREEN and hand pained enamel decorated, COVERED BOX, with slight ribbed/ rhythm twist to the glass and fine thick knop to the lid. Glass is in good general order. There is an expected amount of age associated wear and tear: chip. Crack and damage free: see pictures. One of my own collection. Height at 4.5 inches.
