This lovely tribute to mom dates from the 30's or 40's. It features a well-loved poem from that era. A Wonderful Mother" by"Pat. O'Reilly" Colors of the print are soft yellows and pale greens. With corners, borders, and other highlights in metallic gold which catches the light. The original textured wood frame has the same gold highlighting, along with a strip of dark red. Please zoom in to see the details, such as the small flowers that are painted at the end of verses. Back covering is in tact. With a few small rips from wear and age. The original wall hanger is still attached, and this piece would fit well on a display stand. It is 7 5/8 inches wide, and 5 5/8 inches high. This is a beautiful old piece. A lithograph? I am not sure but there is gold in the area that looks like a mat. It is part of the picture. The colors are not faded and very pretty.
