Lovely grains of the wood are seen. The top is square and beveled. There is a second layer under the top for extra support and adds depth and trim. The column is square. The base is made of wood with a single screw and nut on the bottom. Notice that the bolt shows some rusting and age. the base is elevated slightly by 4 small wood feet. Some slight scratches and wear to the finish from age and use(see pics) This plant stand is unsigned. We date it to be 1900's to 1920's era. Carefully packaged for shipping. This original MISSION OAK 3 panel screen has been part of my life. For my entire life! I am 66 years old, and my nana had this upstairs with an old quilt as the panels. Later in life, when nana had went home at the age 101 years old, the screen was part of the house. I put new dowels in it about 18 years ago, and just always, had it as you see it now, with sheer curtains on the dowels. I now find myself in much smaller surroundings. And can not find room for the old room divider. If it could tell stories. But sadly, it has to find a new home. Maybe with someone doing a mission oak bedroom or living room, or, a shabby and chic room. All that has to be done, is for you to change out the curtain panel I have in it. Please scroll down the page to see more pictures. This is an antique very large solid oak umbrella stand/rack circa 1910 to 1920. It is an original piece of furniture from the bank in Columbia Pa that had been in operation since the 1800's. It features a hand formed galvanized pan that sets in the bottom to catch all the rain water from the umbrellas-and the pan has a drain tube installed on one end in case it gets full of water. That drain presently has a cap on it but it just unscrews. Size is 47 1/4" long by 18 1/4" wide by 29 1/2" tall. The corner posts are a full 2 1/4" by 1 1/4" thick. Horizontal side rails are 7/8" by 2 7/16" fancy vertical slats are 2 7/8" by 3/8" Unit has the beautiful original finish and is tight and sound. This CLASSIC LATE 1800's BEVELED MIRROR FRAMED IN SOLID OAK FRAME is very large. Measuring 22 inches by 46 inches. The beautiful frame is 2" wide and is quartersawn oak, showing the beautiful oak grains. It may be hung either horizontally or vertically, although the wire currently is adjusted for vertical hanging. This is a gorgeous statement piece and would focal point in any room. Well-marked. Solid oak case with all dovetailed joints; old brass hardware- no key. Measures 14 7/8" wide x 24 1/8" deep x 14 1/4" tall. Each drawer will hold cards up to 5 1/4" wide x 5 1/4" tall. It was probably designed for 3" x 5" cards but will accomodate cards a bit taller.
