Antique Victorian House 1860 - 1890 Architectual Drawing Blueprint Floor Plans
Here is a great old find! This is an antique victorian architectural drawing with floor plans and maps for a victorian house. These plans were drawn by Rorison and Key Architects. The plans were for a house on Normal Street in Ypsilanti Michigan for a Mr. De Cue. Each page is drawn on a coated cloth paper with paper maps attached on the back of each page. The maps are property owners names and how many acres they owned. The drawings include a south view of the house. Second floor layout, first floor layout and a basement layout. The drawings are rolled and attached to a wooden dowel covered with a heavy canvase. There are some rips, torn pages and other minor defects. Please review the photos for the item condition. This is an antique item and is not a reprint drawing!

Antique 1890’s English Architectural House Plans Drawing Framed Arthur Phillips
The fine item you are considering is an Antique 1890’s English Architectural House Plans Drawing Framed Arthur Phillips Thomas Potter. I have lots of photos below. So be sure to scroll down to the bottom of this page to take a better look. This amazing antique piece is actually an assemblage of several antique pieces, all relating to a Mr. Arthur Phillips Esq. who resided in Kent, England, in the late 1800’s. The largest and most impressive piece is a large architectural rendering done and signed by Thomas Potter, a period architect working out of Sevenoaks, of Mr. Phillips future home. There’s also a 1890’s metal plaque, a card that looks like a period telephone bill, and the original envelope that held the architectural drafting. All the pieces are beautifully framed, in a nice wood frame, with the entire piece measuring a large 33” by ... more30 ½” There is currently no glass in the frame, and I would suggest to the purchaser that they take it to a framing center and have a piece of glass installed to protect the contents. New York in 1890 produced by Historic Urban Plans- This print is a reproduction by Historic Urban Plans from Ithaca NY of the original lithograph from the Library of Congress- Printed on 65 Lb Cover Stock(cream color) This print is in excellent condition and has been stored in a flat file. Away from sunlight, for many years- The only thing that needs pointed out is in the upper right corner there is a small amount of glue from a price tag that was attached to the print. But once it is matted and framed you will never see it.
